Senior Passage Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full spectrum of ticketing and reservation business, including Retail, Commercial and Leisure Travel sections
Develop new business opportunities through diverse channels to maximize revenue
Formulate and control the operational system of the department
Maintain close liaison with airlines, service providers and trade partners

Requirements:
Holder of IATA/UFTAA recognized ticketing diploma or certificate
At least 5 years managerial experience in relevant areas
Good business relations with airlines and other trade partners
Ample knowledge of products, tariff and reservation system
Excellent sales and marketing skills with leadership qualities
Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
