Notes for Reservation 1. Tickets shall be issued only after bookings are made in “Confirmed” state via Wing On Travel website. After ticket issuance, the flight and date will also be listed on the “E-ticket Confirmation Slip”.
2. All ticket fares and taxes are charged and cleared in Hong Kong dollars. The ticket fare does not include the airport departure taxes of all countries, the fuel surcharge and processing fee of airlines, the airport security fees and relevant surcharges of all countries.
3. Once a booking is submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed, and all fees paid will be deducted after the seat is confirmed. Subject to the air ticket terms, transfer to other airline and itinerary or name changes are not permitted; tickets with different fares have different restrictions, and customers must use the air tickets booked in accordance with its terms and restrictions.
4. After ticket issuance, the airline will only provide flight services from the country of departure (or any agreed transit stop) to the final destination based on the itinerary indicated on the ticket.
5. Customer’s English full name must match the name on the travel document held by him/her, which will be printed on the airline ticket. The airline will provide services only to the passenger whose name is specified on the ticket, and the passenger may be required to show identity proof for verification.
6. Child fare (if provided) is applicable only to the children under 12 years old who must be accompanied by an adult throughout the journey. Child fare is not applied to mainland domestic ticket. Child fare is the same as adult fare.
7. Infant fare (if provided) is applicable only to the infants under two years old (not occupying a seat) who must be accompanied by an adult throughout the journey.
8. In accordance with airline guidelines, all air tickets must be used in the sequence of the itinerary indicated after ticket issuance, and all travel must be finished within the ticket’s valid period, otherwise the ticket shall be declared invalid. Skipping any segment may cause subsequent segments to become invalid no matter under any circumstance, and the airline has the right to refuse passenger boarding without a refund, all subject to airline’s policy.
9. For air tickets with restrictions on the number of passengers, for instance, specifying “minimum two-to-go” or “this product is limited to bookings for two to nine passengers only”, (“Two Go, Two Back”) the number of passengers throughout the entire journey must be exactly the same as the number of passengers in the booking. Otherwise the airline has the right to deny boarding to all passengers during check-in due to the inconsistency between the number of passengers boarding and the number of passengers in the booking. When a customer intends to apply for the change of date or ticket refund, he/she must apply for all passengers in the group booking, and the airline has the right to reject separate applications by individual passengers in the said booking.
10. The air ticket fares of some airline including but not limited to all low-cost carriers (LCC), also known as “budget airlines”, do not include in-flight catering and free checked baggage services. The relevant restrictions will be shown in the “Air Ticket Terms”. Passengers could try to directly access the airline official website for add-on service. Prices and currency at the time of purchase are based on the airline or our suppliers. Some airline must be handled by Wing On Travel.
11. If a passenger purchases add-on services on the airline's official website, the applicable price and currency shall be as published by the airline or supplier, with the exchange rate calculated based on real-time updates.
12. The ticket combination stated as “Itinerary is separated into multiple tickets“, represent the tickets will be booked in stand-alone segment. Passenger must understand the ticket terms and conditions in each flight of the journey segment. For instance, whether the fare include free checked baggage, in-flight catering,entertainment, refund, date change, other service charge or penalty. There will be different ticketing period limit for successful booking, all according to the terms and conditions to each segment. Please note: If one of the flight segments is changed or cancelled, other flight segments are not accepted for special ticket refund or amendment.
13. The air ticket fares shown on this website are “online promotional fares” and are not applicable to bookings at stores and hotline.
14. The student discounted ticket can only be booked by students only. The destination of the ticket should be the same as the place where the students study abroad. The discounted ticket is not eligible for the local student. After booking confirmation, please go to the booking details page and upload relevant supporting documents issued by the institution you are attending to study, such as a student visa, International Student Identity Card (ISIC) or admission letter that matches the destination country/region. If the passenger cannot provide the relevant supporting documents, or the documents provided have expired or become invalid, you must bear all financial losses caused by the inability to board, including airline penalty, etc. For offline bookings of student tickets, the relevant student proof documents must be provided at the time of booking.
15. Wing On Travel does not assume any relevant responsibility or legal responsibility or any obligation for any loss, destruction or damage caused or involved due to improper use, downloading or various wrong uses.16. All air ticket bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. We strive to keep our website updated, but we do not guarantee that any air ticket product listed on the website will remain available at the time of booking. If, for any reason, a requested air ticket product cannot be provided, we will notify the passenger as soon as possible after the order is placed.17. The price of air tickets fluctuates due to various factors. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, the order amount is fixed. Regardless of any factors causing ticket price changes, Wing On Travel will not accept any refund or compensation request related to price differences.18. Wing On Travel does not guarantee that all flight bookings can be managed or checked in online through the airline's official channels. It is subject to the airline's systems and policies.19. Once passengers complete the online check-in process, it is considered that they have confirmed their boarding of the flight. To process a refund or change, passengers must contact the airline to cancel the check-in record before proceeding with any further actions. Please note that delays in processing ticket cancellations or changes may result in no-show fees or other related charges from the airline.
About Payment 1. Wing On Travel supports the following payment methods: Credit Card (VISA or MASTER), AlipayHK, BoCPay, PayMe, UnionPay, and WeChat Pay. All payment methods are subject to the prompts displayed by the system. If the system indicates that a payment method has not been approved, that method is temporarily unavailable.
2. The cardholder must be one of the passengers.
3. After submitting an order on the Wing On Travel website or Wing On Travel Application, the system will process the payment within 24 hours. The payment account will be verified prior to completing the transaction. If, for any reason (e.g., network or system issues), the payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled, and the corresponding seats will not be reserved. Wing On Travel will not assume any responsibility for such cancellations.
Ticketing Deadline 1. All air tickets are subject to the ticketing deadline of the airline. If the customer fails to make a full payment before the specified ticketing deadline, the seat(s) booked by the customer will be automatically canceled without further notice. The customer must book the seat(s) again, and the ticket(s) will be re-priced at the applicable fare at the time of re-booking.
Ticketing Confirmation1. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is collected, the system will automatically issue e-ticket(s) and send the “E-ticket Confirmation Slip” together with the “Official Receipt” and “Conditions of Contract and Other Important Notices” to the email address provided by the passenger before departure.
Change 1. All air ticket fares are only applicable to the flights and dates indicated on the air ticket, and they cannot be changed, unless otherwise specified on the ticket that additional fees can be paid to make changes within a designated date or time, all ticket prices, ticket types, and passenger information cannot be changed. In order to cooperate with the operations of airlines, customers must set aside at least three working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for the completion of change procedures. Customers may also be required to pay for the fare difference (such as the fare difference between peak and off-peak seasons, midweek and weekends, and different classes) for all changes in addition to the specified “ Change Fee”. Customers shall be solely responsible for the additional expenses incurred due to the change. Even if the total price of the ticket is lower than the original total price, the difference will not be refunded. The success of the change depends on seat availability and flight availability at the time, and the airline reserves the right to refuse any changes or to make the final decision on boarding. Apart from the processing fee of the airline and supplier, Wing On Travel will also charge a HKD 350 processing fee for each successful change of each air ticket. (Wing On Travel processing fee could be waived if customer submit the date change application by self-service online.)
2. If the customer does not show up (no-show) for any flight without prior notice, the airline has the right to cancel the customer’s return flight or future bookings without further notice. If the said air ticket is still valid or the change of date is permitted, apart from the existing date change fee, the airline will also charge a “no-show fee” for passengers.
3. The “air ticket terms” of all airlines specify different restrictions on the change or cancellation of bookings by passengers. Passengers should first read and clearly understand the “air ticket terms”, and our company shall bear no responsibility for the passenger’s failure to understand or read the terms and restrictions. If passenger attemps to make a change directly on airline official website, the price and currency are determined by airline or supplier at time of change. However, in most cases, it is recommended to reserve sufficient time handle by Wing On Travel.
4. For air tickets with restrictions on the number of passengers, the change must be made to all passengers in the booking during the application for the change of date.
Stay Updated on Flight Information 1. Flight schedules are subject to change. Passengers are advised to provide their contact number and email address to the airline when booking tickets. This ensures timely communication in case of flight changes or cancellations.
2. To ensure smooth travel, passengers should closely monitor the latest flight updates before departure to stay informed of any delays, cancellations, or changes, avoiding disruptions to their travel plans.
3. If your ticket includes a codeshare flight, please make sure to contact the airline or Wing On before departure to confirm your seat due to the policies of each airline may different.
4. If a flight is rescheduled or cancelled due to airline arrangements, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Wing On Travel will notify you of the change. Most airlines offer protection flights or refunds if flight is cancelled, please note the application deadline. However, the specific details will depend on the airline's policy and cannot be guaranteed. Wing On Travel will not bear any responsibility for this.
5. Wing On Travel will not be responsible for or liable for any flight changes/cancellations, nor will it provide any compensation.
Check-in 1. Passengers are responsible for ensuring sufficient time upon arrival at the airport terminal to complete check-in, passport control, and security checks. It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least three hours before the flight's departure time to complete check-in procedures. Additionally, passengers should prepare all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, transit, or entry visas) prior to departure.
2. All airports have different check-in deadlines, and customers should ascertain local operations from airlines before departure to avoid delay and denied boarding.
3. For security considerations, the airports of some countries or regions may request for customers to produce their e-ticket confirmation slips before they may enter the airport premises. Thus, please bring along a copy of your e-ticket confirmation slip.
4. Some airlines, including but not limited to all low-cost carriers (LCCs), encourage passengers to use digital methods for free online check-in. Passengers can usually check in through the airline's app, official website, or airport self-service check-in kiosks, subject to the airline's policy. If passengers choose to check in at the airline's counter at the airport, they may be charged an additional service fee. It is recommended that passengers contact the airline before their trip to understand the policies and fees.
Baggage 1. The international baggage policy will be applicable; some airlines may have different regulations and arrangements. Customers are advised to inquire about the relevant information from our company or the specific webpage of the relevant airline before departure, in order to ensure that their carry-on or checked baggage meet the airline requirements.
2. Each airline has different definitions and regulations regarding special baggage (such as musical instruments, sports equipment, etc.). It is recommended that you contact the airline before your trip to confirm the detailed regulations regarding the size, weight, quantity, and whether additional fees are required for special baggage.
Air Ticket Refund 1. Discounted air tickets may be partially or completely non-refundable. If in doubt, please read the "air ticket terms" attached to the said air ticket fare carefully before making a booking. All the permissions are based on the airlines or suppliers of the air tickets issuing region (local or overseas). The refund application to the bank would be processed after the suppliers/airlines return the fees. The specific refund amount, refund method, and ticket refund processing time are subject to the airline or ticket supplier. Any refunds will be paid back to the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise. The date that any refund will be paid into your account is subject to the provider of your account. Besides paying the fees collected by the relevant suppliers and airline, Wing On Travel will apply a HKD 350 processing fee for each air ticket refunded. Wing On Travel will not be held responsible for customers' failure to understand the terms and conditions or for their inability to make changes or cancellations. (Wing On Travel processing fee could be waived if customer submit the refund application by self-service online.)
2. Regarding to air ticket refund, some airlines or suppliers can only refund by “travel voucher” or “digital travel credit”, depending on the final result after completing the air ticket refund process. Customer need to rebook the air ticket with the same traveler and the same airline within the specified validity by using the “travel voucher” or “digital travel credit”. Customer need to pay the ticket price difference if the new price is higher than the amount of“travel voucher” or “digital travel credit”. If the new price is lower, the ticket price difference is non-refundable. The “travel voucher” or “digital travel credit”will expire after the validity. It is subject to other conditions and restrictions noticed by airlines or suppliers, if any.
3. Some airlines do not provide fuel tax refunds subject to the constraints of their operation policies.
4. For air tickets with restrictions on the number of passengers, the application for air ticket refund must apply to all passengers in the booking.
5. Where a customer applies for the refund of an air ticket, the e-ticket held by him/her will be declared invalid, and the booking with the airline will also be canceled at the same time. The customer may not request for using the original e-ticket or reserving the said booking after confirming the ticket refund application.
6. In the event of [force majeure] which caused the flight cancellation. Wing On Travel will apply a HKD 150 processing fee for each air ticket refunded. The refund application to the bank would start to process after the suppliers/airlines return the fees.The specific refund amount, refund method, and ticket refund processing time are subject to the airline or ticket supplier. Any refunds will be paid back to the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise. The date that any refund will be paid into your account is subject to the provider of your account.
7. In general, consumption voucher had its spending expiry and refunding time limit. If your refund application exceeded its time limit, Wing On Travel shall refund in the form of physical cash coupon. Beware of the usage date for your purchased travel products or services, you must notify us before applying the refund if consumption voucher is used in the transaction.
Other important notes 1. Please check that the passenger name, travel date, flight number, flight departure and arrival times, departure and destination airports, as well as transit stops (if any) printed on the booking itinerary are correct before confirming the payment.
2. Customers shall ensure that their travel documents have at least six months’ validity from the departure date (some countries may require a longer travel document validity period), and there should be a valid entry visa and sufficient blank pages for entry stamps.
3. All air ticket fares and fare terms are provided only for reference; if there are any changes, no further notice will be given.
4. Wing On Travel shall bear no legal liability for any losses or expenses incurred by the customer due to his/her failure to comply with the terms and regulations of the relevant airline.
5. In case of any discrepancies between the restrictions stated in the “Air Ticket Terms” and “Terms And Conditions” or their interpretations, the “Air Ticket Terms” shall prevail.
6. Please read carefully the “Conditions of Contract and Other Important Notices” that is attached on the E-ticket Confirmation Slip before departure.
7. Customers shall pay attention to the latest travel information of their destination country before departure. Our company strongly advises customers and their accompanying family and friends to purchase integrated travel insurance. Please contact our travel consultant.
8. Wing On Travel has the right to cancel any air ticket booking made using false names.
9. All air ticket booking prices listed on Wing On Travel website are calculated on a per ticket basis. The air ticket price is only applicable to persons who book air tickets on Wing On Travel website in their own names. The said air ticket booking price is not applicable to any person or company that has signed any form of lease contract with an airline or hotel (“business travelers”). Where business travelers who have signed any form of exclusive contract with an airline or hotel book the relevant air tickets via Wing On Travel website, the said airline may collect additional surcharges when the said business travelers enjoy its services, and Wing On Travel shall bear no responsibility for the above situation.
10. All air ticket booking prices shown on Wing On Travel website (“air ticket booking prices”) are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
11. Customer Support Service hours: Mon-Sun 09:00am-09:00pm
12. Latest booking deadline: Bookings made after the latest booking deadline shall not be accepted, and the specific system prompt shall prevail.
13. If you buy later or have bought earlier an outbound service or arrangement from our company, and that service or arrangement and the outbound service or arrangement you plan to buy now relate to the same tour, please tell us by then or now accordingly so that we shall combine those services and/or arrangements into an outbound package and pay the levy, thus enabling you to be protected by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund. Travellers must obtain a receipt with
a levy stamp to be protected by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund.
Other Fees 1. Travel document and all countries’ entry and transit visa fees.
2. All countries’ airport taxes, specific taxes and excess baggage fees. (passengers may visit the specific airline webpage to check the relevant charge information)
3. Additional expenses incurred due to personal traffic delays, strikes, typhoons or other emergency situations that are beyond our company’s control.
4. Integrated travel insurance costs.
5. In view of cost changes arising from foreign currency floats and possible adjustments to fuel, ticket, hotel, insurance and tax collection prices, our company promises that the relevant changes will not affect the booking amount after the booking has been successfully paid.
Our company only collects the relevant listed taxes from passengers in accordance with the instructions of the airlines and the relevant departments or agencies. However, some airports may charge additional fees such as “government levy” or “airport construction fee”; such fees shall be borne solely by passengers and the payment shall be made locally.

Weather and Emergency Incidents 1. In the event of emergency incidents such as typhoons, rainstorm warnings, natural disasters, political turmoil or epidemics, customers should pay attention to news broadcasts or call the airline to confirm whether the flight is changed or canceled and whether there are replacement seats. If the flight operates as per normal, customers shall depart on schedule and arrive at the airport at the specified time to complete the check-in procedures. Our company shall not be responsible for any additional expenses such as hotel accommodation costs, transportation fees and toll rates incurred as a result of the above situations.
Responsibilities and Conditions 1. Except due to services directly provided by our company, where passengers experience traffic delays, baggage missing, accidental casualties or property losses due to transportation tools (such as airplanes, ships, trains or tour buses), accommodations, meals or entertainment and sightseeing programs provided by other independent agencies in Hong Kong or abroad that are arranged by our company and its employees or subsidiaries or the companies with business relationships with our company as an agent (“authorized agencies”), the passengers shall directly negotiate with or claim compensation from the owner, manager or authorized operating agency in accordance with local laws. Such agencies usually have different booking regulations to be responsible for the customers. In this case, our company shall bear no responsibility for such losses, casualties or damages.
2. Except for personal casualties suffered by passengers due to the negligence of our company staff or agencies directly managed or operated by it, our company shall not be responsible for personal casualties and financial, entertainment or mental losses suffered by passengers in any accident.
3. [Force majeure] refers to an event or situation that is beyond the control of Wing On Travel or that the said party could not reasonably avoid or overcome after its occurrence. Force majeure includes but is not limited to wars, hostilities (regardless of whether war has been declared), invasions, acts of foreign enemies, chaos of war, terrorist revolutions, violence, military coups or usurpation of power or civil wars, munitions of war, riots, commotions, disorders, strikes or lockouts, epidemics and natural disasters such as rainstorms, earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons or volcanic activities, inclement weather, technical problems with transportation, changes to or cancellations of services by transport operators, travel warnings (alerts) issued by the destination government or the World Health Organization (WHO), red or black Outbound Travel Alert (OTA) issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and other adverse circumstances beyond the control of Wing On Travel that affect leaving Hong Kong or traveling abroad, any actions taken by laws, governments, or public institutions; instability in the internet, systems, or devices; computer viruses and hacker attacks. If “force majeure” or any safety situation causes service suspension of relevant transportation tools, flight cancellation or other incidents, and part or full of the itinerary has to be changed or canceled as a result, our company will deduct the losses incurred due to the above incident and HKD150 Wing On Travel processing fee from the fees paid by the passenger and refund the difference.
4. Customers shall submit the credit card information to Wing On Travel via a secure online channel, and Wing On Travel guarantees that the customer credit card information is absolutely safe. Customers can check their statements every month and send an email to Wing On Travel to make an inquiry if they discover any problems.
5. Wing On Travel only provides Wing On Travel website as a platform for customers to book air tickets. Persons who make a booking and enjoy the services agree that Wing On Travel does not serve as an agent of the airlines, hotels and the persons making a booking and enjoying the services at all times.
6. All the information on Wing On Travel website is provided only for reference, and Wing On Travel has the right to change any content on Wing On Travel website without giving further notice.
7. Wing On Travel shall not be responsible for all direct or indirect losses arising from the negligence of airlines and hotels.
8. Wing On Travel has the right to change the air ticket booking terms at any time without prior notice.
Entry Visa Statement 1. The names of all customers must be verified to be the same as that on their travel documents before making the booking, and if changes are made in the future, the processing fees charged by the relevant agencies must be paid.
2. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the customer must apply for the relevant entry visa and transit visa himself/herself, and Wing On Travel shall not be responsible for any problems arising from the customer’s personal travel documents.
3. Whether the entry visa application can be approved depends solely on the consulate of the country for which the visa is applied for. Wing On Travel or its authorized agencies need not bear any responsibility for the entry visa problems of the customer. If the said entry visa application is completed through our company, the visa fee will not be refunded regardless of whether the visa is approved.
4. Permanent residents born in Hong Kong or Macau, or those not born in Hong Kong or Macau but have traveled to Taiwan as Hong Kong or Macau permanent residents after 1983, holding a valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport or Macau Special Administrative Region passport, or British National (Overseas)passport, and without passports from other countries, may be eligible to apply for a Taiwan landing visa. Applications can only be processed at Taiwan's main airports or ports; certain outlying island areas may not offer this service. Applicants should verify their eligibility in advance and prepare all required documents.
5. Children under 15 years of age who are heading towards the Philippines must be accompanied by their biological father or mother, and the original copy of their birth
certificate must be brought along for use during transit at the Philippines; if the father or mother is unable to travel with the child, they must apply for a formal power of attorney with the Philippines Consulate before departure.
6. Different countries have their own immigration policy, such as the policy for minors immigration, etc. Please contact the airline or consulate prior to purchasing tickets for details.
7. If the customer is denied entry by the relevant authority for any reason, Wing On Travel or its authorized agencies need not bear any responsibility. The customer shall solely bear all accommodation, food and transportation expenses thus incurred by himself/herself, while Wing On Travel will neither bear any responsibility nor provide any form of reimbursement or compensation to the said customer.
8. If you are traveling on an international flight or a connecting flight that includes international transit, be sure to confirm your passport and visa information with the immigration authorities in advance to ensure compliance with the entry requirements of all relevant countries (including departure, transit, and destination).
9. If your flight includes a stopover in China, please check China's transit visa exemption policy (including visa-free areas and length of stay) in advance and confirm the location for completing the necessary procedure to avoid affecting your travel plans.
10. For citizens of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who are transferring in Mainland China will need to carry their mainland China travel permit along with their passport.
11. Failure to comply with visa requirements in your country of transit may lead to denied boarding, financial losses, and travel delays. Please confirm transit procedures before booking.
Unaccompanied minors travel If unaccompanied minors (under age 18) take the flight, different airlines may have their own policy and restrictions. It may be rejected or required to apply unaccompanied minor service, subject to airline policy. Please contact the airline prior to purchasing tickets and inquire about unaccompanied minors, to avoid any influence on your trip.Once the booking is submitted, Wing On Travel must not be responsible for any kind of direct or indirect loss arising from denial of boarding due to this situation.
Privacy Statement Persons making a booking and enjoying the services confirm that they agree and clearly understand the purpose of Wing On Travel collecting the personal data of customers booking the air tickets (“above personal data”), as well as the purpose of persons making a booking and/or enjoying the services providing the required information to the airlines, hotels and relevant agencies. Persons making a booking and enjoying the services understand that they have the right to apply for access or correction to the above personal data of the relevant persons making a booking or enjoying the services with the personal data custodian of Wing On Travel in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Applicable Laws The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. In addition, both parties shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
DisclaimerBy downloading, browsing and using the “Wing On Travel Application Software”, the customer has confirmed and agreed to be bound by the terms of this application software and shall be subject to the risks of using this application software. Wing On Travel will not be liable to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damage or relevant loss of profits or loss of income arising from downloading or browsing of or inability to use this application software, or from the purchase of the products or services. Wing On Travel reserves the right to decide on any modifications to or cancellation of this application software or modify the terms and conditions without further notice.
Wing On Travel does not make any warranty as to the completeness and accuracy of the contents of this application software, and assumes no liabilities or obligations for any errors or omissions. Any damage or injury, or any failure, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, operations or delays in transmission, computer viruses, telecommunication cable failure, theft of information in transmission, software or hardware issues (include but not limited to data loss or compatibility issues), theft, destruction or alteration of the program, or any breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other complaints arising directly or indirectly from the use or browsing of or the purchase of any products or services from this application software or from the upload, download or recording of any data, text, images or other materials or data to or from this application software, shall not be the responsibility of Wing On Travel, who will assume no liabilities therefrom.
Any information provided by the customer to any other groups or organizations after exiting the Wing On Travel Application Software does not fall within the authority of Wing On Travel, and Wing On Travel reserves the right to access the relevant information. Wing On Travel resumes no responsibility as to any information, products and services connected and obtained through Wing On Travel Application Software.
About the contents of the application softwareThe copyright of the information contained in this application is owned by Wing On Travel, and shall not be reproduced or forwarded for any other purposes than personal or non-commercial use. If the customer is in any dispute regarding the contents such as preferential rules for promotion, Wing On Travel reserves the right for final decision, which the customer is not allowed to challenge.
Any contents provided or carried by the customer do not reflect the views or positions of Wing On Travel, and Wing On Travel does not guarantee its accuracy and completeness. Wing On Travel reserves the right to edit and revise any contents. The customer is solely responsible for any content uploaded, emailed or otherwise communicated via the Wing On Travel Application Software. If the contents provided or carried by the customer are illegal, or if the customer intentionally damages the intellectual property rights and various rights and interests of Wing On Travel or other persons, Wing On Travel may disclose to the relevant law enforcement agencies through the information collected from this application software.
