The location is good, and the rooms are big. Food is excellent and staff are attentive and helpful. Facilities are good, but there is evidence of neglect from hotel management. The pool is in poor condition with missing tiles on the walls and the pool floor. Poolside music is nice, but too loud. Key cards are wooden and unhygienic. Many are split and dirty. And this is the first thing you receive when checking in at the hotel - not a good impression and an indication of management failure to recognise and address this in a five-star resort competing with the world's best hotels around it. We enjoyed our stay, and the feedback is meant to be constructive.

Very bad Attitude from the reception colleague they are not cooperated they very bad attitude. They did not give us any respect.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rixos although it's not as good as the property on Saadiyat Island. The buffet selection was not as comprehensive as other Rixos properties and Turquoise was closed for renovation. So they did the buffet in a smaller restaurant. Much less choice. Breakfast was average and food overall was just ok. I missed the curry selection they put on at Saadiyat. And no sujuk. We were not made aware of restaurant closures when we booked or that the 2 a la carte restaurants would be payable. This was disappointing and worth bearing in mind when booking all inclusive. This did result in a difficult encounter at one of the restaurants because the information we'd been given had included this restaurant in our all inclusive package, when we got there we were told no. Not good. We had a couple of other minor issues, no hot water on final day and a broken room curtain. The sauna also had a broken timer so you weren't sure how long you'd been in. Service was generally good but I don't think as attentive as other Rixos we've been to.

Потрясающий отель! Прекрасно все: ела, сервис, номера, развлечения, территория. Отлично подойдет для семейного отдыха. Располагается недалеко от аэропорта. Имеет индивидуальный пляж. Рекомендую!

ОЧЕНЬ УСТАВШИЙ ОТЕЛЬ!! Выглядит так, будто открыт лет 15 назад, а никак не в 2022. Все затертое, обои на этажах отклеиваются, шторы в номере зацепках, плитка в бассейне много где отколота, на этажах затхлый запах старого отеля, в котором еще и плохо убирают - пылища у дверей, грязные окна, пятна в номере. СОВЕРШЕННО ТОЧНО НЕ СТОИТ СВОИХ ДЕНЕГ!!! Больше не вернемся!!

位置近海非常宏偉，海景房非常靚 結婚週年還有蛋糕及佈置提供 room service 質素很高很好食 衞生都很好 但設施保養不太足夠 前台職員態度一般 而且沒有代寄postcard 服務有點意外 因為從未試過hotel 不提供此服務
