Regrettably, the cleanliness of the room was substandard. The bed sheets were heavily stained, and the toilet walls showed visible insect residue, which was highly unpleasant. This significantly diminished the comfort and hygiene of the stay.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room was extremely dirty — the bathroom had a strong smell of urine that spread into the entire room, the bed sheets and floor were unclean, and there were insects present. Despite reporting the issue, hotel staff took hours to respond and did nothing to fix it promptly. This hotel is rated 4 stars, but based on my experience, it does not deserve that rating. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect basic cleanliness and proper service.

saya dapat hotel nya di gedung ke 2 / sebelah, lumayan bersih, baru dan modern. cuman sayang breakfast nya rebutan, kalo habis, agak lama restok nya, dan telor nya antri lumayan panjang. ya udah, perlu di maklum i karena liburan idul fitri pada mudik semua kali. hari pertama. gak enak sama sekali. hambar semua. hari kedua, agak mendingan, eh setelah makanan di restok, udah gak enak lagi, hambar lagi. mas mas yang mbikinin roti bakar, roti nya enak sekali. gak ada sosis. kamar mandi shower air hangat nya lumayan kenceng, cuma panas air nya agak tidak stabil bisa jadi kurang hangat agak dingin saat uda panas nya pas. sekian makasi banyak.

Ambil family rooms, kamar lumayan bersih. Pelayanan sangat baik, resto cukup luas, makanan variatif dan enak. Excited sudah include barbeque dinner untuk 2 orang. Pas checkout ada barang ketinggalan dan langsung di info. Barang bisa diambil lagi.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast were varied, tasty and delicious. The room we're clean into details. Room we're spacious and the bathroom has a japanese stye, which is higher than the bed room itself. However, the location was not recognised by grab as we kept getting lost as the grab car or bike was pointed in different location on Google maps, this caused a problem as they would need to turn around to different site of the road, which was Edelweiss. I have to report them to the grab customer service.

The hotel was good and clean. The Food wasn’t something that you write to your mother about. I have no complaints. It was very close to the big new masjid, that was awesome.

Dpt kamar letaknya bagus dipojok bisa liat ke kota bandung dan arah masjid Al Jabbar, cuma sayang lantainya terlihat bersih tapi bikin telapak kaki jadi hitam berarti jarang dipel, ya bener sih fungsinya ada sendal hotel he.. Kolam renang bisa untuk anak-anak, lumayan buat olahraga renang bagi dewasa, sayang ga disediakan handuk di area kolam renang. Untuk sarapan namanya nasi goreng Jawa, tapi rasanya ga ada jawa2nya hambar, mending tulis nasi goreng aja. Dan sayangnya ga ada nasi putihnya jadi dipaksa makan nasi goreng kacau dah. Akhirnya makan mashed potato+daging lada hitam malah jozz rasanya. Parkiran luas Untuk pelayan ok good. Cuma yg disayangkan disini hanya sarapan pagi dipaksa makan nasi goreng, ga da pilihan nasi putih.
