Hotel rooms are very dusty and dull. Basic amenities like kettle, tea, hot water for bath not available. Tv mounted on wall, but no channels available. They give coupon for morning breakfast which is available outside the hotel with one limited option. Overall not recommended for executives stays,

1. upon reaching hotel, i was given very small room (not even 1 star) 2. ⁠upon questioning, i was accomodated to a better room in size but room condition was terrible. it was foul smelling & cockroaches were roaming around my bed. 3. ⁠next day the actual room was given to me which i booked, & that too had issues. tv was broken, wifi network issues, bathroom was having a bad smell, basic equipments like kettle, ready to consume tea, coffee, bathing amenitieis were not there. 4. ⁠the hotel says 3 star but it is easily comparable to just 1 star.

Room location was good. Accessible to nearby restaurants, park, mall and bus stop. Room cleaning was done every alternate day, can be done daily if requested. For water need to remind daily. Cockroaches are there in bathroom. Thanks

It was a great stay and I would recommend this hotel. The general manager Tanmoy was a great host and he took of all the things very nicely.

No breakfast by 0730am, moreover poor response from desk operators needs to be enquired for why breakfasts are not served for passengers being stayed with expectations of being fed.

Prime location in hsr. Everything is available nearby. Lovely restaurant at the top floor called parika. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bedding and mattress were a bit too springy for my taste. Overall good stay.
