We found the apartment was great!  The staff were very friendly and helpful. However being in our 70s and one of our us recovering from recent surgery we found the weather extremely hot and the walk to get to most places in that sun became more of an ordeal than a pleasure!

I recently stayed at The Capitol Apartments and had a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, just a 5mins walk from the exhibition centre super convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, with a big balcony that offers a lovely view, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The 1 bedroom apartment had ample space, with a large bathroom, bedroom, and lounge area. I was impressed by the size of each room, plenty of room to relax and unwind. The surrounding area is also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely recommend The Capitol Apartments to others. Great value for the price!

因為酒店不是24小時服務，我們去的時候剛好要下班，我們算是幸運能夠拿到鑰匙。電磁爐是壞的，我們去超市買了東西回來沒法使用。總體覺得性價比不是太高。

怎麼有勇氣賣房間的？ 垃圾得一匹 兄弟們能有其他選擇千萬別住這裏 房間實際臟得很，床上用品和床墊是黃的、熱水器是臟的、房間是木板隔的，一點不隔音、週末賣1400RMB。。。我真是冤種了一次 比國內的招待所都不如，我真的服了，永安麻煩自己去看看，****華人禮遇，專坑華人吧

這次入住體驗比較失望，酒店設施明顯老舊，房間傢俱磨損嚴重，地毯有污漬，衞浴設備也有些年頭了，水龍頭出水不穩。隔音效果不好，走廊噪音聽得一清二楚。服務衹能説中規中矩，前台態度冷淡，響應速度慢，沒有四星級酒店應有的細緻和熱情。早餐種類還算豐富，但口味普通，缺乏特色。整體來説，勉強達到四星標準，但性價比不高，如果價格合適可以考慮，否則建議看看其他更新、服務更好的酒店。

Was a bit of a faff getting into as apparently the check in window is between 2-5pm, I arrived at 5:45 so had to call out of hours who wouldn’t let me in until I’d completed the form was stood in the cold next to a bar trying to hear her give me instructions was frustrating. Location was great close to everything and the room itself was clean and fresh and had everything that was needed.

The standout feature was definitely the location – it’s incredibly convenient, situated just a short walk from South Bank, the Convention Centre, and a great selection of cafes, restaurants, and public transport options. It made exploring the city so easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated having a kitchenette and laundry facilities available. While the decor was a little dated in parts, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and functionality of the space. If you’re looking for a well-located and practical place to stay in Brisbane, The Capitol Apartments is a solid choice.
