This hotel provides a clean, modern, and reliable experience for customers such as myself. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were hygienic. The aesthetic of the hotel itself gave a modern, relaxing feeling and is a great choice for those who decide to travel Canberra

Be careful the mismatch information when booking, the receptionist is very rude , I have ordered a room with Mountain View. But the checkin staff said there is no room and gave me the room in the ground floor with the view looking at the opposite building. The room is generally clean however the carpet is really dirty. Air conditioner noise is annoying at night.

Modern hotel, pretty and clean apartment with all the amenities. The extra cot for our daughter was fantastic and they even bothered to make it look like a well-made bed. When checking out at the reception our daughter received a nice backpack gift from the staff. Impressed with the hotel, definitely we will come back. Ps. If we want to be picky, I would suggest changing the robes to softer ones.

房間大概剛做過裝修，各項設施都乾淨整潔舒適，酒店地點去市中心，各旅遊景點都不遠，很方便。有個問題，我們和朋友訂的同樣房型，我們的房間在一樓，窗戶對面是其他客房的窗戶，離得很近，而朋友用其他網站訂的房間卻升級去了套房在4樓。是否永安網的用戶不受歡迎？
