The service and front desk ladies were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. However, this is not a luxury hotel. The quality is more like a hostel. The bathroom had a sewage drain that smelled awful, made me nauseous and was very bad at night with windows closed and no AC. I had to turn sideways to squeeze into a tiny shower. The building is old and shows its years in wear, the carpet is stained from years of use. The people were lovely, the location excellent but the actual hotel is old and run down.

Location was superb. 10 mins walked from the bus station through the city center. It is in the old town area. Very convenient to get around. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. My room was the smallest one on the roof but still some spaces for 2 beds. The toilet was very small that the water drained too slow. The bed was clean and comfortable. Just some area was dirty with dust and hairs on the side table. There is soap and shampoo but no tooth brush. No complimentary water in the room since tap water is recommended drinkable. Breakfast was like standard hotels in europe with good croissants, bread, ham, chesses, yogurt and so on.

Très joli hôtel d’une autre époque. La qualité du linge de lit, la hauteur sous plafond, la grandeur de la chambre, l’éclairage chaud qui ponctue l’espace et la musique qui nous parvient de l’école de musique voisine contribuent au bonheur d’y séjourner.

Nelle informazioni online veniva descritto come un hotel 4 stelle ma di fatto non è all’altezza di quella categoria. Viene detto che e’ disponibile un parcheggio ma l’hotel ha a disposizione solo due posti auto in strada in una zona pedonale a 35 euro a notte. Nel nostro caso, siamo rimasti due notti e tra le due giornate non sono state fatte le normali pulizie con sistemazione del letto. La camera pur essendo una suite, così era scritto sulla porta era mal disposta con la zona letto veramente piccola e difficile muoversi . Molto vecchia e con alcuni particolari da sistemare, vedi tubo doccia. La colazione non è da hotel 4 stelle con veramente scarsa varietà di ogni cosa. C’erano 4 marmellate d un solo tipo. All’arrivo abbiamo chiesto se avessero qualcosa gluten free e ci hanno detto che dovevamo avvisarli prima . In ogni caso nemmeno il secondo giorno avevano preparato qualcosa senza gluten free. Unica nota positiva la posizione eccellente se pur in zona ristretta. Anche la ragazza della reception era veramente gentile.

A new experience on different type of the hotel , check in staff all very friendly and giving will support and idea how to walk around . A bit old but is very special stay experience. Nice location Hotel condition a bit old Room no view and no bathtub , big big living room and bedroom .
