(The Arts Hotel)

The hotel is in a great location and was clean throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was extremely poor. My room was directly opposite the lift and the emergency exit door, which was used frequently by guests. The constant door slamming continued until around midnight and started again from 6 a.m., resulting in two nights of poor sleep. The room was also very basic, with no TV or coffee-making facilities. Even the hair dryer had to be requested from reception. Thankfully, there was a nearby café where I could get my morning coffee. Housekeeping was another disappointment. During my 3-night stay, housekeeping was provided only once, rather than daily. One other issue was that the actual check-out time was 11:00 a.m., whereas the booking app listed it as 11:30 a.m., which was confusing. Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of soundproofing, limited amenities, and infrequent housekeeping made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The location is very convenient. Just 10 min. walk to the waterfront. Many pubs and restaurant nearby.

I had an excellent stay. A+ !!

We liked that no children are allowed. But the type of customer are young adult who acts worst than children. All of them are drunk and loud, banging on eachother's room door talking loud. We think this hotel is made for the people who wants to party and crash. There's no tv, refrigerator, microwave in the room. Only a bed and bathroom. It was clean.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic！
