很愉快的一次入住體驗！酒店房間非常好，寬敞明亮，房間整潔舒適，各項設施維護得也很不錯，整個入住過程輕鬆又舒心，能夠感受到酒店對客人的用心。下次再來還會選擇這家酒店。

Хороший приятный номер. Есть кухня, но нет плиты, тарелок и прочего. Очень удобное расположение. Добавить больше ничего, всё понравилось.

Great location in the city centre. Stayed in a deluxe double room for three nights. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner efficient. The enclosed shower was a welcome luxury compared to the typical open showers in Vietnam. The balcony was nice for some natural light and to watch the street life below. Daily housekeeping was much appreciated. Linh and Kevin at reception were lovely and most helpful. Overall fantastic value. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Great experience staying here! Came with my parents and I and we really enjoyed our stay! This was by far the best value for our money hotel that we do that in Vietnam over the course of three weeks. It was very clean and well maintained. Additionally the staff, we’re all attentive and helpful. Would come back again! Thanks, Khanh for your support during our stay !

Vị trí khách sạn n*** trung tâm, nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, dễ dàng liên hệ qua sdt và zalo. Khách sạn giống với hình chụp. Mình thuê thêm 1 ngày khách sạn hỗ trợ sắp xếp phòng khá ổn.

I was surprised at how good this hotel was as it was quite cheap but had everything I could want, even an induction hotplate and a pan to cook in. The location was perfect, in a quiet lane near everywhere I wanted to go, near a park and lake, round the corner from the opera house, and within easy walking distance from the station. Next door is a terrific crab soup restaurant. I loved Haiphong and enjoyed staying in the Eastern hotel.

清潔で広い部屋、親切なスタッフ、便利なロケーション、満點です。特にロケーションは、鉄道駅やカットバ島行き旅行會社に近く大変便利でした。飲食店やコンビニも近隣に多數あります。
