赫爾辛基諾翰精選漢莎大酒店 (NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa)

酒店🏨位置十分方便，於火車部出門就會看見，就是正門需要繞一圈才能到達。 酒店房間設備高級新淨，活動空間充足。 早餐亦十分豐富，但味道不是其加分項。有大量果汁及飲料，令人十分飽足。

房間特別乾淨，十分舒服，地理位置特別好，從火車站走路衹要五分鐘，購物觀光特別方便。 有機會再來的話，還要入住！

優秀的點：設施很齊全，早餐水平確實比較高，可以點菜，這一點比很多北歐同星級酒店好。 缺點： 1. 同一類房型不同房間差別太大了，我定豪華房圖的就是兩個大窗戶，結果我實際入住的房子衹有一個超級小的窗戶，採光非常差，房間的分區也不像官網和平台上這麼清晰，房間大小估計是該類房型中最小的一種。我會建議酒店給出更細緻的劃分和更全面的房型圖。我是衝著平台給出的圖才放棄了風景更好的radisson選擇價格更高的這個酒店，想給家人一個好的入住體驗，結果事與願違。 2.提前入住要收39-59歐。這一點我也建議標清楚，我不認為這算是一個常見的要求。

房間很好 鄰居馬路隔音差等小問題之外就是酒店的服務態度，讓人覺得是很離奇的，早上因為到的很早房間沒有準備好，前台説給我留好了，在五樓和六樓的房子，等我回去就跟我説並沒有留好，這兩間房間又給我換了別的房間，先建了一個房間有一股臭味，最離奇的是房間的桌上放了一個別人名字的牌子，所以是別人住過，然後不要的房間，最後反覆溝通才給我換了一間房間，結果第二天早晨就叫我退房，説這間房間是給我免費升級的，第二天要麼加錢，要麼就要給我再換回別的房間，當天因為已經生病發燒了，很不舒服，溝通之後才繼續能留在原來的房間，這點在這樣的一個信任的連鎖品牌確實是比較離奇的事情

이번 북유럽 여행 중 최고의 숙소였어요. 위치는 정말 최고. 길건너 Forum백화점. 옆에 스토크만백화점, 뒤에 중앙역. 젤. 핫한 에스플라나디 공원, 무민 본점.마켓광장 다 가까워요. 특히 공항가는 기차 타러 중앙역 갈때 호텔에서만 통하는 숏컷통로가 있어서 캐리어 끌고 가기도 좋아요. 길만 건너면 바로 중앙역. 통로문 키는 직원이 갖고 있는데, 우리는 Issa라는 직원이 문까지 안내하고 문도 열어줬습니다.(제가 이름을 잘 기억했는지 모르겠네요. 암튼 Issa님 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 감사합니다) 조식은 다양하진 않지만 정갈하고 맛있어요. 위치가 좋다보니 중간에 들러 쉬다가고, 로비에 항상 준비되 있는 레몬수도 마시고 했습니다. 헬싱키 숙소로. 강추!!!

The location, service, cleanliness, and facilities are all excellent. The one thing I would like to add is this - I am a person who works out at the gym a lot. I have my own requirements when it comes to gym facilities. From my past experience in travelling, even for top 5 star hotels, the gym generally speaking at just so - so. For NH collection Helsinki, frankly speaking this is the first hotel gym I ever encountered that has a proper squat rack - and with proper bars - and with proper plates. I have never seen this before. Most 5-star hotel gyms, at most, has a "smith machine" only. With a proper squat rack, a lot of serious workouts can be done - bench press, squat, and deadlift. Therefore, I give extra credit to NH collection Helsinki for having the vision to house a proper squat rack.

This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.  The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite.  The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on.  When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective.  Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous! All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of  NH Collection - we were delighted!  I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. Cheers!

酒店位置極好，到中央火車站300多米（可直達機場），赫爾辛基頌歌中央圖書館、音樂廳都步行可達；前台及員工都很友善；酒店是老建築，都是5樓，卻不在同一平面，但是標識系統做得很好，住客不容易迷路；早餐很豐富，自助+單點，味道都很贊，早餐7:00開始，酒店4:00就為早起的客人準備了簡單的早餐，令人暖心；酒店有桑拿、芬蘭浴，晚上回酒店享用確實解乏；酒店正門有台階，但是酒店後門有專門的電梯可以直通道路地面；細節考慮得都相當周到，令人滿意；唯一不足沒有傳統意義的衣櫃。

第一次來芬蘭，孩子選的酒店，地理位置很方便，距離火車站預計五六分鐘的步行距離，購物也很方便，去到各個景點也不遠，酒店設施很好，很大的淋浴間和衞生間是完全獨立的，設施齊全，房間有免費的純凈水。早餐非常豐盛，值得推薦

Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline racist, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes. But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly. The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station. The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there. The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki.
