Awesome experience 👏 while staying at soho apartment.. excellent services and lots of options to choose from as I chose studio apartment with kitchen and balcony.. good for couples as well though I was traveling solo. It was a great choice as they provide everything as what u need to live in an apartment. Bonus was the washing machine to wash clothes urself and no need to go out.. Love stayed there as it was very big apartment for a solo traveller

Had a great and very smooth experience staying here. Easy to find and very clean space. Our flight into HCMC got VERY delayed and we ended up checking in at 2am - the instructions provided by the host were smooth and easy to follow and we had no trouble despite having a 2 year old. They were also accommodating to allow us to check out a bit later.

Service and cleanliness 3/5. You should wash the pillow before put the cover on. Asked for another card is quite hard. Price $42/ night is higher than the local. Landmark 81 is much better than this. It was so noisy at night

Great location The location was truly excellent — walking distance to many tourist spots, and getting a Grab was unbelievably quick (usually under a minute!). There’s also a 24hr 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby, which made late-night snack runs super convenient. However, a few things made the stay a bit less comfortable. The construction right across the street was quite noisy during the day — the workers definitely start bright and early! 😅 The biggest issue, though, was the toilet drainage. The smell was incredibly strong and unfortunately spread throughout the entire apartment, which made it really hard to relax indoors. There’s also a washing machine but no dryer, so you’ll need to hang your clothes on the balcony, not ideal since the ongoing construction kicks up a fair bit of dust. Overall, the location and accessibility were fantastic, but the drainage issue and construction noise took away from what could’ve been a perfect stay. Hopefully those get fixed soon, because this place really does have great potential!

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. I accidentally left some belongings behind after checking out, and the staff kindly assisted me in arranging their return. I truly appreciate their helpfulness and hospitality. Highly recommended!” 💕💕💕

I called the hotel's phone number more than 20 times in the 2-3 days before checking in but no one answered my calls or messages. I had to contact the booking site's customer service to get it resolved. They finally gave me the room near 3pm with the excuse that there were too many rooms to clean. A bad experience. You should not book here because until check in time you still do not know if there is a room or not.

I booked this apartment but last moment before check-in, I was informed that due to some issue cannot check-in, so an alternative arrangement was made and this new alternative apartment was far away from the city center. Poor management.
