This hotel provided an absolutely terrible experience. When we had to cancel our booking, their spokesperson was incredibly rude, cutting us off and refusing to listen while speaking in an unacceptably harsh manner. Despite our politeness, they showed zero respect. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I strongly advise against staying here.

"i recently had the pleasure of staying at the viera hotel, and i must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. from the moment i arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist. my room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. i also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious food and drinks. the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. overall, i would highly recommend the viera hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. the staff were exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was ideal. thank you to the viera hotel for a wonderful stay – i look forward to returning in the future!". i don’t have pictures
