Je suis arrivée à minuit avec deux valises, et la personne à l’accueil ne m’a même pas proposé de l’aide. La chambre était propre mais très bruyante : on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur, y compris le tramway à chaque passage. L’emplacement est excellent, tout est à proximité.

Любим отель 10 Karakoy, останавливаемся часто. Расположение 10из10. Есть маленькие номера, не очень удобно, но номера 35м.и далее прям прекрасно! Завтрак на уровне,но можно и не брать в районе много всего.

Lovely hotel with a calm and classy vibe, ideally located near to the busy restaurant area so short walk to breakfast lunch and dinner, or just a drink. Staff exceptional, Rabia on reception, Ebrar the concierge and Ayhut the bell captain always with a smile and willingness to help, sometimes it’s the people who make the difference. Tram stop only about 400 metres walk away, we enjoyed our stay very much

This is a beautifully decorated hotel, converted from a historical building. The location is superb, walking distance to most scenic sites and local amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

الفندق جميل و موقعه ممتاز حدااا والفطور لذيذ. التنظيف ممتاز كل يوم تبديل للشرشف وغيره. والموظفين بعضهم ودوود. لاتوجد مرافق كمسبح وضيافه عند الوصول. من تقديري يستحق ٤ نجوم.

The service and the attitude of the staff and reception team is the opposite of what you expected from the legendary Turkish hospitality. There had in this hotel a very bad attitude. Very arrogant and talking to you in an extremely rude manner !! Never do it in this level of arrogance !  Despite the good location to visit the city and the corrective actions done by the female manager of this place, the rest of the staff make your stay a nightmare in term of consistency and service.  Don’t ask simple a glass of water as at the reception, they will tell you : « we send it to you asap.. » and after a while they will call you in the room and say we will send but you will have to pay it .. in short good location but if you expected to be treated as a normal client , forget about it. I usually don’t take the time to give a feedback but this experience was so chocking and terrible that I have to share it as you will be very disappointed if you are going to this hotel .  Only the manager try to save the situation but the chocking attitude and lack of respect and training is extremely disappointing !!!

第一天到達時是早上11時，雖然沒有提早跟酒店溝通，但他們仍能安排提早check-in，非常靈活！ 房間舒適、乾淨，而且非常新淨，床舖十分舒服。 早餐方面，土耳其食物種類較為單一，但是早餐自助餐的選擇十分豐富，味道也很好！晚餐亦order過幾次Room service，價錢和味道也不錯。 另外，工作人員熱情，酒店的地理位置很好，一出門走個隧道便會到T1車站，往後走則能到新城區。

It was such an amazing experience In every aspect Room size Clean bathroom Helpful staff Quite, you can’t hear anything from other room or from outside Near Galata mall and a lot of cafes and restaurants For sure I will comeback there

Любим отель 10 Karakoy, останавливаемся часто. Расположение 10из10. Есть маленькие номера, не очень удобно, но номера 35м.и далее прям прекрасно! Завтрак на уровне,но можно и не брать в районе много всего.
