We recently stayed at a hotel in Jakarta for a short getaway. While there were some enjoyable aspects, a few issues did affect the overall experience. The positives: The location is definitely a plus. It’s conveniently close to downtown and many key spots in the city, making it easy to get around whether by car or short walks. The food was excellent. There was an impressive variety of dishes available throughout the day—everything from local Indonesian fare to international comfort food. The breakfast spread in particular stood out, both in quality and variety. The ambience of the breakfast area was also lovely—bright, open, and relaxing. The pool was another highlight: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or early evening. Where it fell short: The room itself was just okay. It had a strong smell of fresh paint that extended throughout the hallway and into the room, which was unpleasant and hard to ignore. We had requested a room with a view in advance, but were told upon check-in that the hotel was fully booked, so we were assigned a room with no view. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable odor that persisted during our stay. Thankfully, we were able to manage it by keeping the exhaust fan running most of the time, but it’s something the hotel should definitely address. Final thoughts: Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its food, facilities, and location. But the comfort of the room and attention to maintenance need improvement. With a few changes, it could easily offer a much better guest experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet, not too noisy, which made it very relaxing. Here is a photo of the swimming pool. Unfortunately, I couldn’t access the rooftop pool, as I was informed that it is now a private pool. That was a bit disappointing, as I was really looking forward to enjoying the view from the rooftop. Overall, a very nice experience and I would still recommend this hotel for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. However, the hotel itself is quite dated and in need of renovation. Some areas felt a bit worn-out, so with some updates, it could be much better.

Friendly staff, but the hotel is not worth it: our first room was a non smoking one, but when we arrived it smelled cold cigarettes 🤢 (the staff immediately changed the room though), extremely noisy due to lack of soundproofing, some kind of karaoke until midnight during our stay, no hot water, and construction work directly above our heads from around 9 a.m. until past 1:30 a.m.! Unacceptable

일주일 여행중 반을 이 곳에서 묵었어요. 가격 대비 훌륭한 서비스와 조식서비스 저렴해 혹시라도 숙소에서 센트럴자카르타까지 20-30분 걸우실수 있거나 그랩을 이용해도 괜찮다면 추천해요.. 하지만 청결도나 건물이 깔끔하진 않아요 직원들은 다 너무 친절해요.
