雅加達蘇迪曼城堡酒店 (Citadines Sudirman Jakarta)

酒店的環境非常不錯的，交通非常便利，臨近機場、火車站、地鐵，商務出行比較方便。酒店配套健身設施設備，很方便很喜歡。

可以的 外面景色也不錯

Exceptional hotel. Blew my mind as soon as I got there. Top security, friendly, helpful and professional at what they all do. The premises are well maintained, tidy and help the environment through energy efficient and safe practices. Laundry service, pool and gym are also excellent. Spa treatment is one of the best I have used over 25 years of pain

健身房和泳池不錯，泳道是25米的，健身房跑步機有體重秤。商務出差，健身也重要，吃的要轉出去，這邊不提供中飯晚飯，得去外面餐廳，酒店衹提供早飯。房間類似民宿，適合出差。早飯也比較普通，吃的東西減少，雞蛋還得去外面拿。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Sudirman Jakarta, and the experience truly lived up to the 4.5 star standard. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm and professional service, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, with thoughtful touches that added comfort and convenience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the stunning view from the room, which made the stay even more memorable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing spa and the inviting swimming pool. Dining was another highlight: every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. What stood out most was the staff’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, making the overall experience seamless and enjoyable.

Clean hotel with working ac in all rooms. Booked 2 apartments adjoining. They have washing machine, TVs, fridge, big water cooler, kitchenette in the middle with table for 4, . Beds are a bit hard. Very disappointed to have been woken up in the first night 4-6am with 3 mosques blaring chants which weren't synced. It went on constantly for 2 hours. There's a lot of noise from the both the local & toll flyover too. Despite requesting a quiet room, was placed at the back (overlooking the swimming pool on floor 17) which I do not recommend for light sleepers. The balcony doors / windows are not soundproof. Ensure you take ear plugs as you'll need them!

Guest services are nice and polite. Gotta give credits to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t get her name. But she has a long hair and wore specs. Always serving the guest with a smile! :) The room were clean and have all the necessary things that is needed. But wish that they have 2 pillows on the bed instead of 1, and the room slippers only 1 in each room but we had 4 people in the room. Another downside is the location, there’s always flood when it’s raining. So a little hard to travel back with grab because they will have to go another way and unable to order food cause no riders would want to take :’) Other than that, everything is good. Would stay there again in the future.

這次來到雅加達旅遊第一次選擇這間飯店的2房1廳的房型，整體感覺非常棒，設備也相當新。前2天因工作我與老婆選擇入住1房的房型，房間也有陽台外面的視野非常好，可從高處看到整個城市，然後在之後小孩也來到了雅加達與我們會合後，我更換到2卧房的房型住4天，所以一共在這間飯店住了6天。 而要從1卧房更換至2卧房的房間時間中因必須等待到下午2點才能入住，飯店非常貼心的讓我們待在原本的房間等待到2卧房可以入住的時間，而不是要我們於中午12點先離開，這點非常的貼心，而且為了不讓我們等待太久特別幫我們升級房間等級，然後也是同樓層，這讓我們在轉移行李的過程非常輕鬆與容易。 整體入住體驗非常棒，之後如果要在到訪雅加達，我還會選擇入住這間飯店。 唯一的缺點是，雙人床的下骨架似乎有損壞，在上床與下床還有在床上翻身時，床會有很大的聲音，滿困擾的。

這間酒店環境位置非常便利，離各大景點都非常近，周圍也有商場走路可抵達，非常好逛，叫車也很快就抵達，可惜沒吃到早餐，下次會再選擇這間酒店入住，這次選擇家庭套房，兩間房間，每間都有獨立的乾濕分離，互不打擾非常棒！
