年代比較新的酒店，主打親子，確實一走進酒店，就切實感受到了。基本都是帶娃的家庭。房間不算太大。餐廳中規中矩。周邊比較方便。工作人員很有禮貌，熱心。離機場比較近。

這個酒店很適合親子，尤其是3—12歲的小朋友，各年齡段都能找到自己玩的東西，離波普海灘和漁人碼頭很近，附近吃飯的選擇相對較多，可以省去去外面吃飯的打車費用，適合帶孩子出行。早餐中規中矩，屬於夠用的級別，最後一天的冬陰功湯和咖喱雞肉不錯。唯一不好的是電視機不能投屏，不利於外國人出行，到了晚飯後，真的就衹能刷手機了。

3 Days 2 Nights Experience at Holiday Inn Bophut, Koh Samui Let’s start with the positives: - The staff were all very friendly — from the front desk, bellboys, to housekeeping. - Communication through the Hindigo app was fast and efficient. - The location at Fisherman’s Village is very strategic. The night market is just next to the hotel, while 7-Eleven, laundry services, and motorbike rentals are all within walking distance. - The beach is right in front of the hotel (although the water was a bit murky). - Beautiful sunrise viewpoint. On the negative side, the main concern was breakfast. The options for Muslim guests were very limited, with the spread leaning heavily towards Western cuisine. Honestly, I expected the hotel to include more local Thai dishes such as Thai laksa or traditional desserts, similar to my past experiences in Krabi, Phuket, and Koh Lipe. Considering the breakfast charge is not cheap, I was quite disappointed with the menu arrangement. It felt like Muslim guests were overlooked, even though there was a dedicated section for Kosher meals. Since the hotel already has data on guest bookings, providing equal treatment should be the standard. Would I repeat my stay? Probably not. For Muslim travelers, I would recommend considering another hotel that is more Muslim-friendly.

地點優越，coco tam's就在海景前方，沿着海邊有很多商店，入夜後很有氣氛。 惟訂購了海房店，酒店提供了一間地下的「海景房」，可看到近在咫尺的遊人，和餐廳聚餐的食客，十分熱鬧

拖了很久才寫的這個評價。實在很生氣，必須給一個真實的體驗 首先我定的是2500一間的家庭套房。 到了之後給的房間是面向馬路。見圖1. 我特地外出觀察整個酒店衹有6間對着馬路的房間 我定的時候大家看一下是家庭房帶陽台，另外是家庭房，大家肯定覺得帶陽台的好吧！見圖2 當晚酒店窗的隔音為0。泰國的的摩託車聲音大家肯定知道。一直到凌晨睡不着。我去前台溝通換給我房，值班經理是一位泰國男士，人不錯，表示家庭房滿房，但是可以2間普通房，而且不需要我搬行李。衹要人過去好好睡一覺，睡醒了看第二天房型再更換家庭房。等我一小時溝通好回去，2個孩子睡著了，就沒有更換。於是我聯繫永安讓他們務必讓我第二天不能對着馬路！ 泰國時間早上9點接到永安電話，已經和假日溝通，讓我去前台就可以換房間了。 搞笑的事情來了，值班經理東南亞女性姍姍來遲，上來就説，女士你必須知道你定的房型就是對馬路！！就是對馬路的哦！！而且我們滿房無法更換。如果你需要更換衹能給普通乞丐房一間！一間！免費給你加個床，你們4個人睡 天啊，我聽到後怒火飆升，那你隔音做好啊，收的錢還比普通家庭貴？ 這個時候我就知道出門在外英文好是有優勢的 我強硬的回覆，你的解決方案非常棒，現在我不是投訴你們酒店，我投訴你個人，我是一個家庭主婦，無業人員，我接下來3年時間會每天寫信去你們洲際集團投訴你個人的態度，歧視和業務能力。 這個時候這個值班經理臉色大變，馬上説，我給你2間海景房。到這個時候我也沒有更好的選擇了，一家四口蘇梅度假，被分割了2間房間 最後更換後的景色圖3 我在蘇梅度假了20天，住了麗思卡爾頓，康萊德，安納塔拉，假日， 不得不説，假日的差評是真實存在的，要去的真的要避雷。服務不行，游泳池水是混濁的，毛巾真的是灰色的。 最後永安處理人員還不錯，算得上及時。

Oh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is top-notch, the food is delicious, and there are so many fun activities and programs for kids and families. If you’re looking for a hassle-free experience, the tour counter offers a variety of tours to the beautiful, tranquil island in the Gulf of Thailand. You can also go on exciting jungle treks with friendly local guides. The location is perfect, right next to charming walking streets. Just cross the road, and you’ll find a 7-Eleven convenience store, McDonald’s, and Thai Pizza restaurants right next door. The rooms are super comfortable, and the restaurant is huge and offers both local and international cuisine. There’s even a kids’ playroom, splash pools, and a big pool with pools bars attached to it. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can spend your days sunbathing on the beach by crossing the road. The hotel has set up bean bags and benches for you to relax and enjoy the sun. Overall, this hotel is an absolute gem, especially for families traveling. It’s a truly memorable experience!

We really enjoyed ourselves as a family. The rooms are great. The kids club is awesome with a lot of activities. Love the pool and the location is just next to fisherman market (which has halal options). Our kids really enjoyed themselves and love the room. They even let us bring back the Monkey soft toy.

The hotel Very central and well located, everything is nearby. The room was very spacious. The restroom and the shower were with a with kind of door, but by us it was ok. They gave us a late check out because of the baby nap. Overall was very good. Plenty of kids activities, the kids were super excited.
