The building is very old and run down, the staff are cooperative. Breakfast service only after 8.30. The only positive side of this place is the location.

This hotel is truly customer centric,the room provided to us had an issue with the AC, as soon as we reported this, they changed our room within next 2 hours. The behaviour of all the staffs are very professional and helpful. Also, its location is a plus, being situated just 5 mins walking distance from Gariahat market. Thanks Basera for providing an enriched experience.Will visit soon, again!

Location is good. On the main road and nearby food outlets are there. However, in the room, one window was not closing properly. Besides, the kettle in the room was not working. Other amenities were good. The bedding was neat and clean, well maintained.
