Clean and cozy room. Equipped with basic amenities. Suitable for short stay. No windows, felt cramped a bit. But for the price I think it’s quite worth it.

체크인 하는 방법은 너무 쉽고요 청결은 엄청 민감한 사람 아니면 크게 문제될거같진않습니다 애매한 5성급호텔이랑 비슷한거같아요 위치는 정말 너무좋습니다 이마고 쇼핑몰이 바로앞에있고 건물 내에 편의점이랑 식당도있습니다 덥지만 걸어서 15분거리에 모스크도 있구요, 투어 픽업도 바로 건물앞으로 와줍니다 공항이나 다른곳들도 거의 택시타고 10-15분 이내면 갑니다 가격도 얼마 안나오고 그리고 무엇보다 가격 대비 혜자라고생각합니다

If ur Just looking for a room with out comfort this place is cost effective. I had work with immigiration so i need to rest for 2night it was not a vacation so i tired this cheap room. Pros - very cheap price and new building. - TV with netflix,WiFi, kettle,safe box, water. - nice vinyl flooring. - checkin and check out was easy. - shower was nice they provided bathing essentials. - Cons - Broken and torn mattress which made my sleep uncomfortable. - Ac needs Service it was not so cold we didnt use comforter.

We are very happy with our stay. The combination of excellent facilities, cleanliness, ease of access and great hosting made this apartment a perfect choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Before entering the rooms, the owner will contacted you and letting you know how to get the keys. The rooms included one queen sizes and one single size mean per room can fit 3 people.

i had a wonderful experience staying at Paradise Suite, Sutera Avenue in Kota Kinabalu. The location is perfect, situated in a central area with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and local attractions. The suite itself is spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The interior design is sleek and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home.overall, i highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in kota kinabalu!
