Their behaviour -especially the manager - is completely out of line and rude towards the emergency matters and scam $374 their customers If you ask something, they won’t help but repeat few sentences like a robot; We had to leave the country due to the health emergency and kindly asked for 2 unused nights refund - Their policy is dictating that neither refundable nor non refundable bookings are allowing the refund after checking except the administration provides a solution - TOMASZ aka Manager, he behaves like he hears nothing, telling the situation didn’t matter. Insistently shouting that it’s NON REFUNDABLE, so even your family dead, they will say goodbye without any words.
