入住後發現廁紙沒有抽紙，廁紙衹剩一片明顯是保潔工作沒有做到位；衞生間下水道散發著巨臭；衣櫥裏掛着一條用過的浴巾沒有收；wifi不工作；空調外機在陽台導致卧室晚上噪音巨響，我衹能關上卧室的拉門睡在客廳的梳化床上，更氣人的是聯繫了永安去聯繫酒店，完全沒有人搭理。服務為零衞生情況堪憂，10天裏這幢樓住了三家不同的公寓，兩家踩雷，唯一過得去的是五感。

房間很大，設施不是很新，打掃的不是很乾凈。關鍵的關鍵。入住非常不方便，下午三點前根本找不到人辦理入住。三點後發訊息發郵件也沒人理你。還好有永安客服幫忙聯繫。公寓大堂和房東是沒有任何關係的，完全沒有任何人理你。這個情況在最後退房時候又來一次，讓人心裏沒底。等待辦理時間很長，體驗很差。

1st day bath towel not provide. Tried request no respond. Second day bath towel late received after requested. Carpark lot at B4. Olny 01 lift direct access to B4 level. Need long waiting time for lft to arrive.

避雷這家民宿 來kl千萬不要住這裏‼️ 床很骯臟 枕頭和床單套肉眼可見的黃 廁所超級臭‼️ 房間的冷氣不冷有噪音 而且沒有提供一次性牙刷和拖鞋 客服服務也不行 連怎麼退房也沒有主動聯繫 Check in的時候是由另外一位員工對接 並不是頁面寫的WhatsApp號碼的人 退房後有第一時間通知一直在WhatsApp對接的人 半小時後check in的員工打來問我退房了嗎 幾點退的 鑰匙在哪裡 明顯就是WhatsApp號碼的員工和Check in的員工自己沒有溝通對接好 入住還要給定金RM200‼️check in員工還叫我把二維碼給他 結果半天過去我沒有收到退款 就又再聯繫WhatsApp的員工 他再次跟我拿二維碼🙂

I do not recommend booking here or any of the unit owned by Lila Suites. They are not very responsive if you have issue on the room. I am not so picky but this is terrible. Stains are everywhere. It is not pleasant to stay here. A total disappointment. The owner did not want to refund our money even though the unit is not livable. Please improve your service especially the cleanliness of the room. Look at the sofa. I can’t bother to sit there. I know it’s already stained but please put at least some cover to make it a bit pleasing. They kept offering another unit but it was all the same in terms of cleanliness. Very dirty. Not recommended for multiple night stay.

From solo traveler or businessman view, it is good enough for short term stay. The location is very convenient to the city centre. The only thing need to fix it, is bathroom: water leaking mark on ceiling.

Overall, the room is for an overnight stay, nothing more. The declared view of the tower was not there. A very strong smell from the shower drain throughout the apartment, when we opened the net, we saw worms inside😶 There is a kitchen, but no cooking utensils, there is a washing machine, but no powder, there are sockets, but it is without USB, we had to buy an adapter for 220. A lot of other people's hair in the room, especially at the entrance and on the carpet. The sofa has collapsed on one side and it is impossible to sit on it.
