Huge trouble finding out where to check in…. Then hostile check-in person, then longest walk to our room EVER, then no frig or closet in room, then hostile check-out person

Check in was set to 4pm which was not a problem but when we spoke to agent at the front desk we were told we could check in early free of charge using the kiosk. We did so and still had to wait until 4pm for our room to be ready. We had to switch rooms three times. When we checked into the first room, the first thing we wanted to do was shower, the shower was broken and the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guest that was in the room. The immediately switched our room to which we were in there for the majority of the day with no working air conditioning and after making multiple calls to the front desk they finally sent maintenance to our room at 2am which led to our room being switched again.

It was a decent experience when I booked there again maybe if I need it on a budget and kid friendly they had asked something for everyone of us to do, but I didn’t like was of the rooms but I read it a 3.5 out of 5

主要是會場這個酒店，不然還是會找一間新一些的。永安的價格比大會的協議價還要低一些，果斷在永安下單。設施和房間偏老舊，幾家餐廳也關了。可以免費停車，房間沒有冰箱。

房間非常大有兩個洗手枱，有冰箱。但電視壞了，手扶梯壞了，有好幾天整棟大樓的電梯壞到只剩1台，光是排隊等電梯就等了30分鐘，要看的節目都遲到了⋯跟櫃枱服務反應，服務人員態度惡劣的說他們知道有很多人反應⋯⋯然後等兩天後才變成2台電梯可以用。

I woke up to a bite on my arm. I think it was a spider. I am not that upset because bites can happen at home. I am mad at myself for not checking out the amenities. I can’t believe there’s not a refrigerator or a microwave or a coffee maker in the room. I will never go back to that hotel because of that. The funky smells at different parts the hotel were kind of strange. Great range of food options restaurants to choose from. Everybody in the staff was pretty nice, except for the check in the woman never told me about the extra $100 charge I guess for amenities, even though I didn’t have any in my room,

Vegas has become so terrible with service. Cleaned our room the first day and then refused to clean it again. They told us guest rooms are entitled to only 1 cleaning every 4 days. $45+ RESORT FEE but no room cleaning seems absurd. This typifies the decline seen across the board in Las Vegas.

差到不能再差的飯店！絕對不要預訂這裏，根本就是垃圾分類沒做好讓這個飯店出現在預訂目錄清單中。 進去的走廊和**一樣，説的再直白一些裏面彷彿有“**”一樣，前台傲慢無禮，態度十分差。

入住和退房手續簡單快捷，停車免費，面積夠大，空調效果迅速，早晨走廊噪音有點大。從大廳進客房區時有保安值班，有安全感。
