(Blaby Westfield Hotel)

Since it was a lay over between London and Hull, the location was fantastic but we had a few issues with the room which the manager very kindly agreed to give us a full refund for our stay. I would definitely go there one more time to get a better experience. Staff are very helpful and have good hospitality.

Room was extremely hot, not even a fan available, no chambermaid service, no towel change, no replenishment . TV only had a few channels available, also TV source was being changed by other users in some other room ! Asked if lack of channels etc could be addressed-nothing!! Overwhelming was the extreme heat, provided own fan, just about made it bearable, but barely! Reception is lovely and cool with air conditioning. Not much consideration for paying guests.
