The hotel is great in many sense. It is away from crowded kuta but not being too far from it. Situated in a tranquil small hill, it is very enjoyable waking up to the peacefulness. The overall service is great, quick to respond with warmth. Can start to see some aging sign on linen and facility which is a bit let down but not lethal. Breakfast is simple but good enough. They also have simple menu available for food and drinks through out the day. Kudos to Dondi and Wawan who been very helpful from pre-arrival to departure.

Located right in between 3 beaches, will have to get a motorbike but it’s just a 10 minute straight shot to each of them. Pool is nice, bathtub and bed is huge, and view is nice. The room service was outstanding and punctual. Would stay again.

So happy during my stay at truntum mandalika. The staffs are kind, friendly, helpful, they are amazing! The place is clean, the view is wonderful, and the amenities are complete. During out last few hour of stay the electricity went out, probably because we are switching on the TV, the kettle and the hairdryer at the same time, which is kind of confusing but overall it’s recommended! I will gladly choose this resort again :)

Quiet hotel in an isolated location. Expect to rent a bike, but thankfully, the concierge organized a private taxi for us (Grab riders are rare outside of the airport). 5/5 service for that.
