Excellent hotel everything you need is just around the corner restaurant, pub,indoor fanfare for kids nec bldg Transport are well connected amazing hotel staff great food wonderful views of lake very safe and quiet area. 5*****

The hotel is convenient for the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International railway station. Received a nice welcome at reception where the layout of the hotel was explained. My room was on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift. The room was large, queen size double bed, 2 seater settee and coffee table. There was a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, a safe and a massive tv. All spotlessly clean and with nice views over the lake. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was very clean upon arrival and was cleaned each day we was there. The room had everything we needed in there and more. The only small thing that would have improved it slightly, would be better aircon but it still helped during the heat wave! The food was very good too. The staff where all very nice and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Decent. Room was nice and shower good. Parking only £10 which is cheap to be honest these days. Breakfast was nice no muffins though. My only complaint is kitchen closes at9.30pm in evening I didn’t arrive till then and so I couldn’t order anything.
