At late evening check-in they had no non-smoking room available. They upgraded me free of charge into a non-smoking room - very good service attitude. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A safety deposit should be added and may also some painting/photo as wall decoration. Breakfast for IDR 100,000 is good value. Laundry service is excellent and fair priced

The hotel is fantastic. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan

Wifi was close to non existence. Had difficulty login on throughout the 永安. Only for very short moment and kept cutting off. Parking was limited. Though complimentary to the room, if you pay the concierge, u will get so called vip parking near the entrance. If not, depends on luck. Breakfast which everyone praises is nothing to shout about. There are better spreads elsewhere. Santika Premiere is one of the better ones.
