飲用水都沒有，冰箱裏倒是塞滿了一堆天價飲料零食。 前台讓交城市税，居然是讓交出信用卡訊息（卡號安全碼等）？！***算老幾敢要我的卡訊息，就為了方便你給某些偷吃零食飲料的顧客直接劃款。誰**惦記你那些東西 離公交站非常遠，而且隔着很長一段沒人的黑路，如果不是為了去展會千萬別訂。

酒店不錯，房間寬敞，設施完備，但並不如圖片中顯示的那樣豪華。缺點是離市中心較遠，坐公交車需要50分鐘，並步行10分鐘以上，行李較多的慎入。另外，放在床頭櫃上的包裝飲料是收費的，沒有任何提示，有誤導消費的嫌疑。

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff friendly and some of them very helpful. Good breakfast with a good range of breakfast options. Only issue was location. Hotel is too far from the centre and it's very difficult to get to the city centre. It takes approximately 45 minutes to get to centre once get to the underground.There is a metro stop a 10 + minute drive from hotel but impossible to walk to the metro. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the metro three times in the morning, the last one at 9.30 am but there is no shuttle back any time in the evening. This makes getting to and from hotel to underground very difficult

Está apartado, si no tienes coche es un fastidio tener que ir andando todos los días a la estación. Su servicio gratis a la estación de Rho FieraMilano es de 8:00 a 9:30 y de vuelta de la estación de 17:00 a 19:00, todo cada media hora. El último día me dijeron que se les rompió el coche pero no me ofrecieron nada alternativo.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom were all perfect. The only people was the distance from the city center which wasn’t a big deal for us because it gave us the opportunity to explore the city

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on. My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes). Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time
