Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious. The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty. We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from. Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on 永安 are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.

It was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

Das EKA Hotel ist okay. Die Zimmer werden schnell und sofort gereinigt wenn das Schild zur Reinigung vor der Tür hängt. Das Personal ist freundlich aber nicht unbedingt schnell wenn es um auffüllen der Speisen geht. Das Essen am Abend war nicht mein Geschmack. Zu lange gar. Ansonsten passt alles dort
