Reception person roude no breakfast advice buy from shop out side room dirty and bad smell had a very bad experience never again surprised how 永安 promotes this type of hotel so called out side says bed and breakfast which is not available before 8am paid charges for that and not even provide the cup of tea bloody rubbish place I demand my refund.why should I trust 永安 and book through them paying in sterling for a very cheap and rubbish bed and breakfast stating 3star hotel what a bulsit very disappointing in 永安 even I had the app on my phone not anymore thanks for advertising poor quality b and b as 3star hotel very disappointing could go on about this place maybe waist of my time

There is nothing good about this hotel. Dirty, stinky, also the one of the receptionists so warmth. Never repeat again this hotel and surely highly not recemonded..

Quality of food is good, location, room are excellent, Fantastic room, super comfortable, great amenities, super helpful staff. If you want to stay somewhere very nice on the way to or from the airport, this is a great option.

Room was big and clean.Great breakfast, friendly staff, efficient check in. Proximity to airport and overall quality of service and amenities were great.

Very good staff and rooms . Location is near the airport Food is very good and service is excellent. Perfect place for business and personal travel. Lobby is great and the room is also nice.

Fantastic choice if you need to take a flight because it’s really close to the airport. All the rest is rather far away though. Large and well appointed room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Good WiFi. They also have a fantastic Asian restaurant in the hotel

This place is an oasis of luxury at a quite affordable price . My room was awesome — super clean, had a huge bed, fouton, all amenities you could need. The whole hotel smells nice, the staff are helpful and professional. The best part for me was the dinner. Every single piece of food that was delivered to my table was excellent

Professional staff at reception Nice rooms, interiors are decent Bathroom was clean. Very caring, helpful room was very clean, Great location Had a pleasant stay at this economy property, decent for the price they charged Overall a good experience.

Very conveniently located 5 min walk from aerocity metro stop. takes 20 minutes form there to Cannaught place. Breakfast was nice with huge variety loved the paratha that I ate.
