THE PROPERTY IS A FRAUD , I PAID THE MONEY TO MMT & THE HOTEL REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE ROOMS & I DONT KNOW WHY MMT HAS CHEATED ME AFTER PAYONG IN ADVANCE. I THINK MMT IS ALSO INVOLVED IN THIS FRAUD WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT. I HAD TO FASE A BIG HARDSHIP IN LOCATING ANOTHER HITEL WITH MY FAMILY. MMT PLEASE NOTE IN FUTURE I WILL NOT BOOK ROOMS / FLIGHTS WITH MMT & ALSO WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY CONTACTS. YOU ALL ARE CHEATERS

The receptionist was pathetic. When i reached there he said the rooms are full. After waiting for 1 hour they arranged room in another hotel. So poor management.

Hotel is cenilocated. That was good about it. The rooms looked clean but real nightmare was at night. The bed was full of bugs and we could not sleep. While body went into rashes. Complaint done and room was changed at midnight. Was better from the previous room. Average

The place is near to everything. Good food market. Shopping. Suggestion for staff: kindly improve your conversation with customer. If the customer complains the ac is not working kindly address it on the first go.

We had good interaction with the staff. The room was tidy though few aspects like providing basic amenities in washroom can be improved upon.

It is oyo type hotel. Hotel not situated on the main Road. Mainly they didn't have hotel. How they can give complimentary breakfast. They told they are getting from outside. The google map doesn't show the correct location.

Stay was good, room was clean, and most importantly the washroom was equipped with a geyser, which is very rare in hotels in that area. Generally i found that most hotels have centralised geyser and so you can't access hot water all time

Hotel location is very good near karol bagh metro station and bikaner wala. Room and bathroom is very clean, food quality is very good, all staff is very coprative and good behavior. I will very comfortable to stay. Good experience
