Location of the holiday park was excellent as most of the attractions/bus stops are around it Staffs were nice and helpful Didn’t expect there was no toilet in the room I was staying so may not be suitable for travellers who would prefer a private bathroom in their room The overall stay was good

服務是非常差勁了.晚上趕到拿到鑰匙和地圖後，漆黑的環境中揹着兩個書包找房間找了快一個小時，房間門口沒有任何房號標註，後來才知道那些大小不同房車也是酒店的房間，這個沒有任何文字説明，第一感覺都會認為是遊客自己的房車基地，非常誤導人！ This has to be rated badly. After arriving at night and getting the key and map, I searched for the room for almost an hour in the pitch black environment with two backpacks on my back. There was no room number marked on the door. Later I found out that those RVs of different sizes were also rooms of the hotel. There was no written description of this. The first feeling would be that it was the tourists' own RV base, which was very misleading!

Great location which near skyline luge. Hotel allowed us to park there before check in so we can go to skyline. The hotel room view is great too. It also near the restaurants.

Big room, good location, easy parking There is a common kitchen where you can cook your own food Easy and convenient check-in, even easier check-out, just drop the key in the box and go If I have a chance to visit Queenstown again, I will definitely stay here .

There is no opinion to have room make up. During my 5days stay there is no room make up. The bed is too soft to sleep and there is spider webs . TV channel are limited, only 3 channels. Wifi very very very weak. If u stayed at level 2 there is no elevator and u need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

This Holiday Park was very clean for us and a child. The facilities provided here exceed expectations where there is a place to cook. A very strategic location with the town of Queenstown only walking distance to the beautiful lake. The staff here are also very helpful by providing advice to us where we plan to go skiing and are advised to go early in the morning with the weather forecast being quite good in the morning at 10.00 am.
