الفندق جميل وهادئ ولكن المكيف حار جدا وتم حضور الفنى عدة مرات ولكنه لم يصلح للاسف الهواء كان حار جدا وصنبور المياه الشاور جميل جدا ومقاس الحمام كبير ورائع المنظر ولكن الماء كان ساخن جدا وتم استدعاء الفنى لاصلاح صنبور الماء الذى لم يتحرك وعلق المكبس والحمدلله اننى لم اخترق لان الماء كان ساخن جدا  وكانت تجربه خطره جدا وكان لابد من الصيانه الدوريه لكل الغرف

Dear All, About my experience in this hotel, We arrived before the check-in time the employee was helpful and understanding and allowed us for early check-in with a clean room, good smell and excellent temperature that allowed us to rest. Moreover, the room can be dark no lights in.. to help us sleep and rest also. Exactly what we needed the hotel was quite also. Finally we liked it and we will come again. The service is appreciated and thanks for the support and opportunity’s booking this hotel. Best Regards

It’s not super accessible but good enough if you are only going for the convention area. Staff is friendly There’s free Arabic coffee and tea always Bathroom is fantastic

Hotel is quite over priced, too much expensive.  Horrible service. Rural Location.  Most importantly, a guy named Bilal behaved awful and terrible. He is destroying the reputation of the hotel on purpose. Staying at this hotel is equal to receiving bad mood. The last choice of hotel in Riyadh.

This hotel is a nightmare. All the guests have to accept the risk of being injured plus being threatened to pay. 1. The basin of bath room fell down by itself, almost hit my feet. The hotel staff never apologized, but demand me to pay the repair charge. 2. The hotel staff (manager: Bilal) is extremely rude, held my room card, and stopped me from entering the room. He threw the bill in front of me, saying: this is the bill, suit yourself！and he just left. 3. The basin itself has serious design/construction/quality defect. Usually, the edge of a basin should be wider than the hole of “table”, so that the “table” could hold the basin. However, as you can see from the pictures, the basin is merely sticked to the reverse side of the “table” by glue, no any bracket to hold it, no any structure to support it from the bottom.  In another word, the basin is just like “hanging in the air”. 4. Under this serious design/construction/quality defect, all the basins in this hotel will eventually fall off when the glue becomes aged. All the guests have to accept the risk of being injured plus being threatened to pay. 5. Again, the manager named Bilal is astonishing rude and mean. The on-duty receptionist by that time is also very unhelpful.
