Limehome is conveniently located near Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, with the tram station just a short walk away. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials as described, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, one drawback we experienced was the lack of proper kitchen facilities. There was only an electric kettle, a coffee machine, two glasses, two mugs, and two spoons. I had requested a microwave, but unfortunately, it was not provided. Thankfully, there is a McDonald's nearby, which was helpful for meals. Overall, considering the price, the hotel offers great value for money.

Very easy to enter the location with the code sent in the customer portal. Room was clean, but cigarette smoke was evident in the corridor. Very near to many bus stops. I do wish there had been an iron, but the fan was appreciated. Little more than a mile from the old city and terrific restaurants.

정말 비추천합니다. 트립닷컴은 이런 것좀 제재해주시길. 필터를 별3개로 맞춰놓게 했더니 별3개가 아닌 그와 비슷한 등급이라던 ○3개로 갔는데 호텔도 아니고 무인 아파트먼트였습니다. 전혀 별3개랑 동급 아니고 가격도 저렴한 편이 아니었습니다. 3시 체크인을 하려고 했는데 무인이라서 온라인 승인을 받아 출입코드로 들어갈 수 있는 시스템인데 1시간 넘도록 출입코드를 받지 못해 들어가지 못했습니다. 덕분에 그날 관광도 못하고 저녁 에 예약한 공연도 못 갈뻔해서 마지못해 다른 호텔을 예약해야 했습니다. 환불 요청했더니 당연 환불도 못받았고 이틀 예약했는데 이틀 모두 사용하지도 못한 방에 대해서 돈을 돌려받지 못했습니다. 구글 등 다른 후기 리뷰보니 그런 경우 있던데 정말 장사 그딴 식으로 하지 마세요. 업보 돌아갑니다.

The room offers excellent natural daylight, a window with pleasant views, and a clean, well-maintained bedsheet, towel, and bath area. 進門發現整個房間沒有打掃，我聯繫客服之後對方一開始説給退20%的服務費，但是沒有任何其他措施，對方想讓我們在未打掃的房間裏過夜，讓我覺得不可思議。我們在此情況下打電話給德國總部，並且發了郵件給他們希望得到解決。但是當地的酒店客服説的是第二天下午三點客房部的人來打掃，我們不可能接受所以我方提出了換房間並且不需要退費的提議（他們全程沒和我們説全部退費），換了三個人回覆依舊沒有解決問題。最後通過客服電話解決了問題，非常感謝接電話並且解決問題的客服工作人員，但是入住酒店的過程讓我感到非常不舒服，對我們缺乏足夠尊重，混亂的管理讓我覺得不可思議。在糟糕的房間等待了90min，我們當天的行程全部被打亂。

Everything about the property is perfect. Not too far from the center. Easily accessible by public transportation. The room is very clean. There are hair dryer en coffee machine available. However, make sure that you contact the property before arrival to ensure that you receive the code to access your room. There is no reception.
