the location is good. the first day The counter service was very good. the first dsy breakfast also good. only when we left the second day morning, the breakfast is very little, and the resection counter is not very friendly.

Excellent location with a unique and stylish room design. This was the most comfortable bed I slept in during my 5-week South America 永安 across 5 countries. They take care of the smallest things like shaving kits, toothbrushes, etc., which you normally don’t expect in a low-price hotel. Plus, breakfast in bed is a real treat! 😀 I’ve stayed here twice over the past week. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling solo or as a couple. It’s the best value for money you can get in this price range. Manish

The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the central location — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still peaceful at night. It’s also excellent value for money, offering quality service and comfort without the high price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sommelier Loft. From the moment I arrived, the staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Santiago, with easy access to shops, restaurants, public transport, and cultural sites. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I loved the modern loft design, large windows, and thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite the central location, the room was quiet and peaceful. Everything felt clean, secure, and well maintained. What truly stood out is the great value for money—considering the quality of the service, location, and comfort, it exceeded my expectations. I felt relaxed and well cared for during my entire stay. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.

Чистые номера, быстрая регистрация. На 6-м этаже есть зона отдыха, из-за чего на 5-м этаже может быть очень шумно. Нам повезло, работники отеля любезно поменяли нам намера и переселили на этаж ниже. Было комфортно. Рядом с гостиницей есть сетевой супермаркет. При заселении нужно предоставить депозит в 50 долларов. Потом возвращают.
