普拉納酒店 (Prana Hotel)

I planned to stay there a week and ended up staying there 3 weeks... The rooms are big and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need, the pool is really nice, and because it's a bit outside it's perfect for people who look for a more quiet environment. I definitely recommend.

I always stay here whenever I go to Siem Reap. The room was big, clean and comfortable. In short “spend less but live like a king”. ;)

Super spacious room for a super affordable price! I love how calm and serene the place is and seems well maintained. Location was also accessible to many famous attractions (angkor museum, pub street, old market, etc) and within the main highway,too. I will definitely be staying with them again when I’m in Siem Reap in the future! Highly recommended 💯 🌟

夜8時くらいにしか空港から中心地に到着出來ない事が分かっていたため、寢るだけ（翌日はアンコールワットの日の出観光）&アンコール遺跡羣から、より近場のホテルを選びました。家族4人で5000円未満で朝食付きと、破格でした！ ここは、ベランダ?と思われる所が出入り口で、小學生の子ども達はいつもと違うホテルにわくわくしてました。 部屋にテレビはなかったですが、シャワーを浴びて翌朝4:30起きの我々は10時前には就寢。 防犯面では、ロビーも開けっ放しで誰でも入れる感じだったので、不安でした。 しかし、この値段で朝食（ライトミール）も付いて良かったです！

One of the best hotels I've ever been in! Has a big pool in the middle, bar, location is very convenient, they have very nice scooter renting service, which is convenient if you want to explore grand circuit temples by yourself! Rooms are huge and nicely decorated, stuff is super friendly. Hotel has a lot of cats, which I really liked (if you're not a cat person you'll probably be annoyed, though.) All in all, very pleasant stay, don't really have anything bad to say about the place! Would stay again!

Drap déchirés et tachés...on a demandé leur remplacement. Cela a été fait mais ils les ont mis dans la chambre de notre fils (lol) Serviettes tachées , effilochées et datant certainement des années 1960 !!! Évacuation de la clim dans la douche.... Même pas un tapis de sdb... Les penderies dans les chambres ne ferment plus quant aux cintres.....plutôt ne pas en mettre que ces antiquités... Le chat sympathique mais qui passe par le passe plat de la cuisine (sic)... Bref un très bel hôtel à l'origine mais qui as fait son temps .... on sent que c'est négligé. Personnel: Une équipe de jeunes sympathiques mais qui semblent un peu perdus...20 mn pour trouver notre réservation. De notre magnifique voyage au Cambodge , le Prana hitel restera un mauvais souvenir. Dommage.

The Dungeon- white with rendered unpainted cement walls. Cambodians are known for their hospitality and smiles, the staff was otherwise untrained. There was a huge crack in the door, toilet paper was used to stuff the crack. The room had bare walls, half was unpainted and finished in unpainted dark rendered cement, all the lights were spot and wholely insufficient lumens, these may be intentional designs but I need to be able to see. There is no kill switch at the bed so 永安ing over after the lights were turned off was a nightly hazard. Bed was stiff and covers looked and felt old- perhaps this is an eco-friendly place, not wanting to use bleach. Exactly 1 pillow and 1 towel was provide, I had to ask for a second pillow two times, no bath mat etc ... Room was not cleaned daily, maybe I'm missing the inhouse signal system. Old flooring. No outlets no hairdryer in the bathroom which was bare concrete. The ac was barely sufficient to keep the room tolerable. Location was very slight closer to Anchor Wat than the market area in exchange for little food places etc ..., the positive being being local prices and local cuisine (may be good or bad) The pool was lovely though. I wasn't sure if I needed to come through the side gate meant for cleaners and maids, 🤣🤔

Quiet hotel with nice design but poorly managed: no fridge in room, very old blanket, furnitures falling apart, no front desk at night, bathroom equipment missing (tooth brush and paste), no early check in, no juice on breakfast in third day, old croissant (rest of the food was fine)...still a decent quiet place with good internet and cable tv but bit away from everything.

It was a rather sweet and refreshing experience, with the rooms being large and amenities being provided anytime. The location was just nice too, with eateries nearby as well as local shops. The inhouse massage was superb as well and more affordable than at the shops outside

The location is not convenient because there are few restaurants and shops near the hotel. But it was not so problem because the room was good compared to the price. There were some not good points. -At breakfast, a staff passed the dirty cup without checking. -I ordered avocado bread. The avocado paste was only pasted on a bread and it was too cold. And there were no other dishes. I thought It was not worth 6usd.. But there is no restaurant where I can eat breakfast near the hotel.. -Cannot watch TV -The room was not cold enough even though I continued turning on the air conditioner. Insufficient gas? Heat goes in from gaps? High heat load?
