Had the good fortune of having a room with bed-bugs. Fantastic location, and staff assisted very quickly with said problem. Upgraded room as well. Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first.

Lots of mosquitoes (killed one that had black and white s永安ed legs - aedes mosquito that spreads dengue!), also a small roach crawled across the bed one morning, even though I didn't eat in my room. The sound insulation is very poor, whenever someone wheels a luggage in the floor above you, it sounds like rumbling thunder. The rooms smell funky as well and are not that well maintained. There is major construction going on just a few units beside the hotel, after the pharmacy. The service is okay and the staff are generally helpful. I only booked this hotel as its location is very close to the nightlife and has a small gym. However, I'm sure you can find better value elsewhere if you don't mind just taking the tuktuk to get to the attractions (I prefer walking).

The staff was very friendly and tried to help, even though their English wasn’t perfect — when we asked for soap foam (as labeled on the bottle), we received a shower cap instead 🙂. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located right in front of the night market, which was super convenient. A couple of things to note: at checkout, we were asked to pay for a bottle of water, but they didn’t provide change which was surprising in a country that mostly operates with cash. Also, the bed and pillows were extremely hard, and when we asked for a softer pillow, they just brought another one exactly the same. We ended up giving up on that. All in all, good location and service, but the comfort level wasn’t right for us.

建物は古いですが木を贅沢に使った趣きある內裝が良いです。オールドマーケットやパブストリートに近くロケーションも最高です。 予約日程の変更にも柔軟に対応してくれて助かりました。 難點は部屋が暗いことくらいです。 また是非利用したいと思います。

場所はとても便利で、夜ご飯食べにいくことには事欠かない。 他のレビューにもあるように、ゴキブリは、ちょくちょく見かけます笑。 トイレが壊れて流れないことも。 直してもらったんだけど、洗面所の床は水浸しのまま、バスマットとタオル一つを勝手に使って補充もなしでした。 シャワーの水圧は激弱で、温度も低め、風邪ひきそうでした…。 冷蔵庫は、ちょっと臭いますが、一応冷蔵機能はありました。 ウェルカムドリンク(リンゴジュース)に、ドアマンに、ポーターに、そういうサービスはあるんですが、、、。 トリップドットコムのアップグレードサービスは、適用していただけませんでした。

Hotel was conveniently located to many sites including the night market and lots of food places. Lots of amenities. The only draw back was that there were many cockroaches… each time we returned we guessed how many we would see when we open the door!

交通便利，樓下就有燒烤，轉彎就是夜市一條街，可以按摩、酒吧。非常適合旅遊居住，要去金邊或其他地方，酒店對面就是小客車站可以購票上車。
