The hotel was perfect because it’s near the train station and bust stops. However, we asked to move to a different room because our first room had bad aircondition, the good thing was, they immediately let us transfer ☺️

Hotel ambience is good and there are many dining options around. I find the room lights a bit dim, and the jacuzzi water jet doesn’t seems to be working. Only managed to use it as normal tub. We didn’t get the staff to check too as its a bit late. But overall its a good stay.

Booked a room at this hotel for the first time. It’s pretty run down to be honest. Air con hadn’t been cleaned in a long time hence it was no longer able to absorb the moisture and was dripping water constantly and emitting cold vapour. Wallpaper was torn, ceiling and walls had holes and cracks and dropping dust at places. Bed is comfortable but I suspect sheets aren’t clean, as had itchy spots on skin after lying on it. A good thing about the room was that the toilet was really big, it was the length of the room. The shower cubicle was very spacious too. No floor towel.

Agent via Chat was very friendly and helpful as initially enquired if bringing a kid for plush room is possible. In the end, due to unforseen circumstances din bring along the kid BUT the room was well provided for 3pax. Bed has rollers and high, quite challenging for those with short heights. Sufficient room amenities.

Hotel in a awesome location with night spot and food. Hotel feel/ambience is nice. Staff is relatively friendly. We had Premier Garden room. The room concept is interesting. Opened the door and stepped into the air con living room, and on the left and right, it opens up into two small open-air cove/garden before getting into the bedroom. Toilet is huge, rain shower was nice. Air con in the bedroom was super dirty while the one in living room is clean. TV in the bedroom is very small. No late check out. Soft pillow. Night time can get noisy with pubs around.
