Macdonald Botley Park Hotel is a nice hotel. It is descent, though not really new new, it is like an old hotel that is maintained nicely. Enough equipment in the gym, pool is okay. Food can improve a little variety but overall seem acceptable. There were no plugs by the bedside table. Need to have a car for convenience in travel, if will travel by commute may be a bit difficult but can be managed. Superb service from all staff!

First time staying at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sadly I didn't get a chance to use the spa and leisure facilities but shall do next time. The rooms were clean, modern and well equiped with windows that open which is a real bonus to some hotel chains. There is also a huge car park which was free to use. There is a nearby Co-Op store within walking distance but food choices in terms of restuarants and takeaways are extremely limited unless you have a car. Overall, I had a good stay and will be back.

Pool area was clean though it was a maze to find the changing rooms Bedroom was fine and nice breakfast although I did mention when checking out that dining room needed a good clean of cobwebs

冷氣如同虛設 浴缸水喉沒有水，花灑有水，但有很明顯的污垢 電視非常懷舊。 沒有拖鞋，也沒有浴袍 除了寧靜，沒有其他了。

Poor location. Must have a car to commute from and to hotel. Poor service. Called room service in the night but connected to another room, despite them saying free cows milk.

It was a short 永安 but great value for money. I wish I had longer time to explore the spa and other facilities but definitely looking forward to other visits and longer stays to have a much fuller experience

The staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The pool area with the steam and sauna rooms were clean. The rooms need updating but overall we had a pleasant experience.
