南安普敦機場普瑞米爾酒店 (Premier Inn Southampton Airport)

房間乾淨整潔，位置很方便

Everything ok but sink was blocked. There’s dust on ceilings and lamps.

The country was having a heatwave and the airconditioning was useless. The best place to get cool was the nearby airport. The staff were not interested I could not change rooms a very bad service. Staff seemed to avoid the lobby and the reception was rarely attended to. When there was staff in the reception they seemed to be averse to customers so why work a job if you wish to avoid people. The self check in did not work. Terrible service. The hotel needs more staff and air conditioners that function during a heatwave 37 degrees celsius plus and no breeze.

De locatie is afhankelijk wat je eindbestemming is. Het is drie minuten lopen vanaf de luchthaven en twee minuten vanaf het treinstation. In de omgeving is niets te doen en ver verwijderd van winkels en of centrum. De hygiëne was goed. Het beddengoed was schoon evenals de handdoeken. De bedden sliepen prima. De vloerbedekking kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het Engels ontbijt was uitstekend met ruime keus maar wel behoorlijk aan de prijs.

Good hotel conveniently located next to Southampton Airport. I enjoyed my stay, but unfortunately, my prepaid booking through 永安 was not honored by the hotel, and I was required to pay again upon arrival. 永安 later contacted the hotel and resolved the issue between them. Although Premier Inn processed a refund to my credit card, I have yet to see it reflected in my banking app. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming, as I found myself caught between two parties due to a miscommunication. I had to chase both sides for a resolution, without knowing where the error originated.

位置鄰近機場超方便房間算闊落，但設施欠奉，電視機未有駁訊號線；另要到接待處登記才會為你提供執房服務。

方便，樓下就是餐廳，離飛機場很近。

I checked in at 3pm and the air conditioner did not work it was like a warm hairdryer. The temperature was 28c inside the room it was very hot a heat wave that day. I went down stairs and the reception was empty. I had to wait for 15 mins then some one called raman eventually turned up and was uninterested to say the least. She told me that it could be controlled from behind the bar or something like that but that is not true. I had to ask again 3 hours later this time she got some boy to come out from behind the bar to claim he had a control of all the air conditioners in the hotel. Why the lies, after emailing 永安 .com they admitted the AC was faulty and I moved to another room. It was 永安 who helped me not the disinterested staff why didnt they move me the first time. Not impressed.
