一室的套房，除了酒店有的他們還有洗衣機烘乾機，廚房東西也很齊全，可以做飯熱菜還有洗碗機，鍋碗瓢盆樣樣齊全，離火車站和大型商場都很近，步行十分鐘不到，周邊很多餐飲和咖啡店，是parramatta的中心區域，鬧中取近！唯一不足的是某天打掃衞生人員不專業，催了三四次。衞生間太小，其他都很好，如果常住悉尼應該還會選擇。

All facilities are wonderful, close to shopping centre and transport station, various options of food types can be chosen. Friendly at reception and helpful information provided. Highly recommend to stay and definitely will visit again in future tours.

My family (2A+1C) have stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. First thing I want to mention is that the wash basin is small. There are insufficient space to put cup for teeth brushing and other stuffs. During the four nights of stay, we expect the bed sheet is tidied on all four nights. However, the bed is not tidied in our third night of stay. We have checked with the hotel and they only tidy up in the last nighty. Otherwise, it’s generally clean. We just don’t know if we did something to indicate that it is not required to tidy up the bed. For location, it’s around 30 minutes to get to central if you get the right train. The hotel got an outdoor swimming with warm temperatures pool. The normal pool would still quite cold for swimming. The swimming pool and the gym is nice.

Room service was very slow and we had to call three times to get new towels. However, it's a pretty good place to stay, and it's a good idea to request a room on the right side to avoid the train noise.

酒店公寓，可以做飯，洗碗機，還有洗衣機和烘乾機， 酒店距離火車站 商城都方便，距離西悉尼大學也近，下次再來悉尼還要再住這裏。

Stayed for 9 nights. Location is close to Parramatta station. Room is generally clean. However, seems minor dirts found on bedsheets after housekeeping (note: Daily housekeeping was available as I stayed for 9 nights). However, there was a fire alarm suddenly on Valentine's day and every guest was informed to evacuate immediately from the room. It also happened last time when I stayed at Skye Green Square in Christmas last year.
