PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS, It's the worst experience I have ever had This is not the type of service that deserve 10Euro/night/person when you know a&o is a thing. - Power cord is just flying around - Bed sheets are washed but still full of dust and still pretty dirty - Rooms are walled (with cardboard) and noise can pass along the WHOLE hostel - Hostel main door is NOT locked - Your room is secured by a tiny little medieval key :D - Reception only speaks (1) Russian or (2) Ukrainian (Do not get faked by the info provided by 永安!) Fun logic: We contacted 永安 customer service and reflected the power cord issue (since this is really dangerous), and we are contacted by the manager saying "We have no problem, we have other guests", I mean, having other guests still staying does not mean the place has *no* problem. I believe you all others are clever enough to understand the logic :D Final advice: If you don't care: (1) Security (2) Safety (3) Noise (4) Cleaniness (to some extent) (5) Far away from Tallinn downtown Feel free to book this place; Personally I have went to many other hostels around Europe and haven't yet found one that is worse than this. Me and my friend immediately checkout that day and decide to move to another hostel instead
