比奇希爾酒店 (Beech Hill Hotel & Spa)

Stayed for our anniversary and the staff were so helpful after travelling hours by motorbikes in the rain! Great food, lovely spa and helpful staff! Will return

I accidentally spilled a 400ml bottle of milk. Most of it got on our unopened suitcase, and some of it leaked onto the carpet in the room. I immediately grabbed a towel from the room and laid it on the floor to soak up the liquid. A few days after checking out, I was shocked to discover that the hotel had charged us £250 without any prior email or notification explaining the reason. After contacting 永安, I was told that there were urine stains on the carpet in our room, requiring deep cleaning, which is why they deducted £250. I swear it was only milk that spilled! How could we possibly have urinated on the room's carpet? Plus, I had already laid down a towel to absorb the liquid right away. Furthermore, under no circumstances should a hotel directly charge £250 without first explaining the reason or asking for our side of the story. I completely disagree with this charge and will continue to file complaints. I highly recommend everyone avoid this hotel—the front desk staff were also incredibly rude. 我不小心給一瓶400毫升的牛奶打翻了，大部分牛奶撒到了沒有打開的行李箱上，一部分牛奶流在在房間的地毯上，我第一時間拿出房間的毛巾鋪在地上吸水。 退房幾天後，無意中發現酒店扣了我們250英鎊的費用，我們沒有收到任何郵件通知扣款原因，和永安聯繫後，被告知，我們入住的房間地面有尿漬，需要深度清理，所以需要扣掉250英鎊。 我發誓，只是牛奶打翻了，我們怎麼可能在房間地毯上撒尿，而且我第一時間就鋪上了毛巾吸水。 還有無論任何情況，都不能不問原因，直接扣掉250英鎊吧， 我不同意，我會持續投訴。 我建議大家避雷這個酒店，因為前台也很沒有禮貌

Really lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Even though the outdoor spa area was being renovated it did not detract from the experience as we were able to use the indoor spa area which was very nice, clean and well equipped. The snug room was as described, clean and tidy. The food was well priced for the area, just the same as other local establishments. The breakfast was tasty, however there were only 2 staff initially working and one in particular seemed a little stressed and didn’t hide it. We had to hunt down plates and bowls for our self serve. More staff arrived and helped which helped the atmosphere. But we thoroughly enjoyed our evening away non the less.

Amazing hotel in Lake District, staff was really nice even upgraded us to better view and gave us the spa facilities as a complementary overall excellent definitely recommend it

The hotel seems still under renovation. Flies were flying around in the room and could not sleep well at night. Towel heating rack in the toilet is partially rusty. SPA facilities has not been used, but seems not bad. Suggest to extend the closing time till 8 PM or 9PM to facilitate visitors after the sightseeing around Lake District.

Hotel was clean, plenty of parking, good breakfast No information in rooms, was advised that they didn’t like clutter, so any questions we had we had to go to reception to ask. No wifi, channels on tv not tuned in, had to pay to use the spa facilities.

The hotel was hospitable with very friendly staff however location wise it was quite far from the places I wantes to visit however it was close by to the town centre with many halal restaurant suchs as lake raj. Overall it was a pleasant stay!!!
