Katy is a very responsible and caring tour guide. She is hard working and knowledgeable about the relevant history. There was a minor accident during the trip when an elderly lady tripped over by a wheelchair. Katy was claim and caring to handle this incident without disturbing the group’s progress and itinerary. This must be a stressful task and we appreciate her dedication. Regarding Oktoberfest, it would have been better if a bigger tent was reserved where all the music, sing and dance activities took place to provide the true vibe of the festival. Overall hotel arrangements were fine except the Holiday Inn in Munich which is kind of small and run down a bit. Hope this feedback is useful.

領隊和司機都非常好滿意，唯一團餐比較麻麻，泰國餐不錯，豬手都OK其他餐麻麻
