大埃及博物館

大埃及博物館整體體驗遠超解放廣場舊埃及博物館。場館現代大氣，展陳規整，恆溫環境逛起來很舒適。必打卡：拉美西斯二世巨型石像、圖坦卡蒙黃金陪葬品全套展區，阿努比斯儀仗、卡諾匹斯守護神龕氛圍感拉滿。上千件棺槨、石碑、護身符有序陳列，可以細細看懂古埃及的喪葬文化。場地非常大，展品數量極多，建議提前預約門票，搭配講解體驗更好。頂樓可眺望金字塔，出片率很高。缺點是展區分散，體力消耗大，餐飲選擇偏少，適合深度歷史愛好者。

Visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum felt like stepping into a modern sanctuary built to honour one of the world’s greatest civilisations. From the moment I entered, the scale of the place impressed me — the vast open spaces, natural light, and clean architectural lines made the experience feel immersive rather than overwhelming. The first thing that truly stopped me in my tracks was the colossal statue of Ramses II, standing proudly in the Grand Hall. It immediately set the tone for what was to come.What stood out most for me was how the museum presents ancient Egypt in a clear, chronological flow, making it easy to understand how power, religion, and daily life evolved over thousands of years.

This place was absolutely amazing. The history and the vibe was all there. You need a full day (maybe more) to fully experience and appreciate the museum. But it was a wonderful experience. Was not too busy. Overall highly recommended. This museum doesn’t have much of the actual mummies (maybe one or two). The King Tut exhibit was lovely.

Recommended to go if you go to Egypt. Spent at least half a day there. There’s nice restaurants too but I didn’t cater enough time to dine and relax. Best to spent minimally half a day! Pretty chill place to relax and walk around to read the history or listen to audio guide

There are very easy and skip all the line and all the long walk to the ticket office. I recommend for who those don’t want to walk so far to get to the ticket office that’s another side of the entrance. Inside there are a big coffee shop and cafeteria to enjoying
