Mr Ben Leung is highly reliable, responsible, knowledgeable. Not only he has rich experience in this field but also good at storytelling which enables him to perform to the best of his capabilities and efficiency. He has prepared us a colored Caucasus region map which showed us a clear concept of their ¹boundaries.Ben took good care of us when going in and out of churches, caves, monasteries along the hillsides, reminded us beware of the dangerous points. He always responses positively and provides his service in a fast and easy manner. Like daily itinerary, replied enquiries, meet demands, satisfied requests by all means. His 3 short videos offer us a fascinating glimpse of the famous tourist attractions of each countries.Well done！He is professional and the quality service he provided is equally impressed. Ben deserves a credit！ Dishes are salty and cool. Some are too spicy and definitely not suitable for all.Ben had requested restaurants that food should be served hot but in vain.

領隊和三位導遊都很稱職，尤其是領隊阿Ben對當地的歷史文化有相當認識，經常向團友悉心講解，他盡心盡力工作，對團友照顧周到。 食物方面不太差，只是當地的肉食偏鹹而甜品就極甜，明白這是當地人的口味，未必適合香港人，至於中餐方面就真是麻麻地了。 在亞美尼亞其中一餐由當地私房菜老闆教導幾位團友做餅及麵條，這個與當地人學習及互動的機會非常難得，為旅行團增加開心和趣味體驗。

首先多謝永安旅行社派出資深經驗豐富的領隊Ben 帶領我們 11天的高加索之旅。 由起程至解散，他都細心一一提醒旅途中的注意事項，又用Whatapp提前預告天氣、所需衣物、集合時間等等，對大家的照顧可謂無微不至，真的是一位充滿責任心的優秀領隊！ 在亞美尼亞由於單車比賽我們的行程需要改動，他和導遊Shushanli都能迅速解決， 又有團友被蚊螫傷及跌倒，他和Alina親自送團友看急診至11點才回酒店休息 ，真是辛苦他了! 也展現了他敬業樂業的精神 ! 令我最欣賞他的是他對歷史文化的理解淵博，能深入淺出講解給我們聽使我們獲益良多。 最後多謝他製作短片讓這趟旅行充滿了美好的回憶。使我們享受了一次無憂無慮的完美假期!💪💪
