The trip is amazing that the food and accommodation is fantastic! Though we have experienced severe weather in Iceland, Simpson has truly completely taken care of all of us and modified the plan based on the weather situation, which is much appreciated in his ac-hoc arrangement of the itinerary. Simpson is definitely caring and he is knowledgeable about the history, places, culture etc., which impressed me a lot when he proactively took one of our group members to the church since the group member is leaving the tour one day earlier, also Simpson is guiding us to the supermarkets for some local stuff and showing us the places in Iceland since these are not a must that he has to do. Simpson is a responsible and caring person who helps us to get the best experience in the tour and enjoy the most in Iceland. I would like to join another tour hosting by Simpson the next time if possible!

I am happy to say that this is one of the best tour groups that I have ever joined. All the arrangements were great. Simpson is a sure caring manager and tour guide, he always take an extra mile to keep everyone in the group safe and satisfied. My family and I enjoyed every single moment of the trip. Simpson is also good at risk management and the rearrangements after unpredictable events. During the trip, everyone were stuck in the hotel for an entire day due to poor weather but Simpson still managed to rearrange the schedule in the following days without any impacts to allow us to visit the missed tour spots that were planned for that day. It is a truly unforgettable trip and I will definitely recommend my friends and family to join one of Simpson’s future trip. I am also looking forward for a second trip with Simpson as the tour manager.

感謝Pendick在冰島10天團擔任了領隊及導遊，盡心盡力為每一位團友服務。由出發前，跟我們聯絡，給我們充足的資訊，解答我們的疑問，了解我們的需要。由於我太太行動不便，Pendick跟航空公司安排輪椅協助服務，他更與酒店盡量安排房間有方便輪人士的洗手間設備。行程中，他協助團友拍照留念，提供拍攝北極光的資訊和技術指導，讓每一位團友都能體會到北極光的美麗。除此之外，我們特别感謝司機Raggar，她在旅程中，每次上車和下車時，提供悉切的協助，讓我太太能安全上落，及轉移至輪椅上。在一些景點，路途有點崎嶇，她還主動提供協助，幫忙推我太太的輪椅到景點拍照。又有一次，在Blue Lagoon 突然下大雪，她步行數分鐘，專程從旅遊車把輪椅雪撬帶到我們用膳的餐廳，真心給她的服務精神所感動。 除了以上兩位，我還要感謝客户服務的Endy，他從網上資詢及報名，耐心解答我們煩瑣的提問。報名後與航空公司的輪椅協助的跟進事情，都是無微不至，沒有一點遺漏。我們對這次冰島旅行團的體驗，十分滿意，同時亦感受到永安旅遊團隊的專業服務精神。 在膳食方面，甚有驚喜，每天有不同的精選美食，包括：牛、羊、雞、豬、魚和蝦。沒想到，來到冰島這個物價高昂的地方，永安旅遊還能安排有哪麼豐富的膳食，超值。 最後，我們盼望永安旅遊可以在某些長途和極端天氣的旅行團，恢復茶會安排，哪就更好了。
