今次參加咗呢個突尼西亞8天團 雖然成個行程都好熱，但領隊Milo帶隊十分出色 喺第一晚酒店冷氣懷疑失靈，Milo即刻搵酒店職員處理，令到冷氣順利有返，第二晚酒店唔夠人幫手推行李，Milo亦都聯同導遊司機幫手推，而後來亦有1晚酒店冇毛巾用，Milo有幫我哋同前台反映，後來有返毛巾用。令人覺得佢好協助到團友。 另外，Milo喺成個行程中亦會講嘢好多關於景點嘅背景同特色，喺搭緊旅遊巴途中都會講吓景點以外嘅當地文化同故事，被問問題時亦好快答得出，唔會口啞啞，顯示佢有做足功課去帶團～ 當地導遊同司機都非常友善，導遊Hafedh好有禮貌，亦會同當地職員溝通，好facilitate到成個行程同體驗。司機手車亦相當穩陣 希望嚟緊Milo可以繼續帶呢啲長線團，有機會可以再join~
領隊Sammy安排得好好，好有經驗，而且有細心 每個景點都有介紹，好鍾意聽歷史故事 當地嘅歷史景點都保存得好好 尤其是嗰個博物館同埋鬥獸場 惟酒店及旅遊巴冷氣不足，體諒當地非發達國家，而當時是夏天氣溫達47度 最後一晚的酒店有驚喜，有私人沙灘
First of all, I would like to say I am incredibly satisfied with this trip to Tunisia! The itinerary was so well planned, allowing us to learn so much about the local culture and sample amazing food in the span of 7 days. A huge thanks to our tour leader and local guide, they were very professional, attentive and took great care of us throughout. The local guide was fantastic at handling non English situations, and our tour leader coordinated, entertained, and explained really well. Together, they made our family trip to Tunisia completely stress free and unforgettable!
