阿布吉措在海拔 4200 左右的山坡上，三面雪山環繞，形似一滴露珠掉落在“蓮花瓣“山體旁，湖邊開滿遍野的高原杜鵑與高山植被相映成趣，原生態的美景如立體畫卷一般展開。 阿布吉措位於香格里拉小中甸，從香格里拉到麗江的路拐入約9公里到達舍池大橋右轉進入阿布吉措路段。
One of my best experience in China. The hike takes the day, it’s around 28km in total. I was lucky because I had a good weather and the guide was incredible ! The view is breathtaking, I recommend it!
The Abujicuo hike can be booked just a day in advance, with confirmation coming around 11 PM via WeChat when the organizers arrange hotel pick-up in Shangri-la the next day morning.The hike itself is breathtaking, reaching altitudes over 4000 meters. The trail culminates at a serene lake with a backdrop of jagged peaks at the highest point.I highly recommend this hike for anyone seeking an additional adventure to complement their ** to Shangri-la.

物資就拐仗，一個導遊爬到山頂導遊給安排一輛越野車從山上送到半山腰要100， 還要走下山導遊走的快想休息一會有點不願意，中途在驛站停了半小時，一天沒怎麼休息， 導遊開車早上八點出發的下午四點多鍾到酒店的5個人含導遊 總結：不想再來了，導遊一天就是走也沒提供啥物資，這一項導遊帶路車接車送花了224塊，爬到山頂花100坐越野車，總一共花324塊，山頂大霧，山下還好
