Regarding the booking process, once we book, we get a call from the travel company. They check for your preferred time, get your passport details, and give you the online ticket/ QR code that can be used directly. Kids' tickets need to be booked directly. No online. Regarding the place, Spruce Meadow and Blue Valley were both good.  The altitude is not the height. No need for an oxygen cannister if you are in good shape. Both places were crowded even on a weekday. It's a short walk in Spruce Meadow, no need for a buggy.

Very good way of seeing the valley with stops in the best places. I suggest you put a notice in English where tickets are collected as I had trouble finding it.

Don't over dress. It's really cold in the early morning true. But once the sun comes out you'll feel stuffy with all the layers. I visited both the glacier top and blue moon valley. There's time to visit the Yak meadow too. I didn't think there was time, but I was wrong.

Nice place, worth a visit. Waters is beautiful. Many spots for photo taking. One setback though, the electric vehicle has no clear instructions or directions as to where to board for the 1st station and we could not locate all other stations. Hence, instead of hopping onto it from one point to the other for sight seeing, we have walked all the way till we reach the last station that took us back to bus terminal which costs us SGD15. It was really bad experience. I would advise tourists not to purchase ticket for the electric vehicle, just a waste of money. Hopefully **.com will read my review and I would appreciate a refund as I did not utilise the electric vehicle.
