五馬街是溫州市著名的商業街，位於溫州古城區的南部，東起解放南路，西接蟬街，沿街佈滿各類商店。大書法家王羲之在永嘉（溫州古名）做郡守時，常常駕著五馬並行的馬車出行，五馬街由此而得名。五馬街在改建的時候保留了原有的中西合璧的建築風格，還保留了金三益綢布店、老香山藥店、溫州酒家等一批老字號商舖。整條街上的雕塑都很有特色，建築的設計也很西化。

I wasn’t expecting this at all when I booked the river cruise but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Along the journey, there were live performances that took us through different periods of history. Each performance represented a play, style, or story from successive dynasties, starting from the earliest era and gradually moving forward in time. It was a great way to experience cultural immersion and gain a brief yet meaningful exposure to various culturally significant stories and traditional opera styles.The actors were highly professional, and their performances were engaging and well-executed. After the final play, as the boat returned to the starting point, many of the actors were there to wave us farewell. It felt deeply symbolic, like we had been guided through a passage of time and then gently brought back to the present.
